All set for Ghana Mining Classic

The best form of golfing is expected to hit the Achimota Golf Club this Saturday July 29, for the maiden Ghana Mining Classic, Mr George Y. Amoah, Competition Secretary has said.


The 18-hole event, put together by the country's Premiere Golf Club, Achimota and Goldman Capital will attract golfers from across the country.

The Competition Secretary said ahead of the event that " We are set for the event, this is an open competition and Achimota is opening it's doors to all golfers.

The course is in great shape, in terms of greens and fairways. We are expecting a great turnout and a keenly-contested competition."

Deposit Manager of Goldman Capital Emmanuel Sam, said ahead of the golf fiesta that his outfit coming on board is a demonstration of their support for golf in the country.


At stake are lovely prizes for golfers who will excel.
