Adisadel wins Unity Golf

Adisadel College Old Students Association defeated Mfantsipim School Old Students Association, eight and-a-half points to three and-a-half, to win this year’s Adisadel-Mfantsipim Unity Golf championship played at the Achimota Golf Course in Accra.

In the first pairings, Mike Aggrey of Mfantsipim drew 1-1 with Eric Addo-Mensah while David Atuwo of Adisadel beat Mike Quarshie 1-0.

Mike Osei of Mfantsipim drew 0-0 with Sam Jonah while R. Tandoh of Adisadel beat Benji Cudjoe 1-0.

The "closest To the Pin" award went to E.T. Tagoe of Adisadel whilst Sam Jonah also of Adisadel won the ‘’Longest Drive’’ award,

The one-day 18-Hole Medal Play was sponsored by Samsung Ghana Limited.

Mr Woonki Lyeo, Korean Ambassador, presented the magnificent trophy to Sam Jonah, Captain of Adisadel.
