Achimota Golf Club holds Annual General Meeting

Accra, Jan. 16, GNA - Achimota Golf Club would hold its Annual General Meeting at its Club House on Wednesday, January 30. Mr Emmanuel Kwabena Oteng-Aboagye, General Manager of the Club, who announced this in Accra on Wednesday, said that the Genera Meeting would elect new executive members to replace the officers whose tenure of office would expire at the end of February, this year. He therefore entreated all the members to be punctual for the start of the meeting, which starts at 1700 hours. Meanwhile the Club's Lady Captain's Prize championship would be played on Saturday, February 2.

Mr Oteng-Aboagye said that about 100 lady golfers from the Greater Accra Region are expected to participate in the one-day 18-Hole Stable-ford competition.
