Percival Kofi Akpaloo is a Ghanaian politician, the founder, and the leader of the Liberal Party of Ghana.

The party was founded in 2011.

In the 2016 Ghanaian general elections, Percival Kofi Akpaloo was disqualified from contesting. He then dissolved the IPP and formed the Liberal Party of Ghana in its stead in March 2017.
