Let me ask you this question, have you heard about the ambulances that Mahama imported into country at a cost of 16,000,000 euros? Go and do some research about those ambulances and then ask yourself if that is "spiritual or stupidity".

As long as we have accepted corruption and some foolishness as part of us, we will go nowhere. As humans, we should act like humans and that commonsense.
