Mahama made the presidential palace, The Jubilee House, a sanctuary for STEALERS. Afriyie Ankrah, Kojo Adu Asare, Davi Trokosi Ativor....and a host of thieves, when found culpable for various degrees of looting, were immediately move to the presidential Bunker where Mahama, the Looter in Chief, wrapped his long-hands around them in his bossom.
It was like Mahatma open his doors so wide to welcome and accommodate all the criminals in his government: talk of Woyome, Ativor and Smartys bus branding saga, Afriyie Ankrah, Adu Asare versus the World Cup 2014, Roland Agambire, Azontaba versus SADA.... And these buffoons in power still expected the good people to renew their mandate to continue their looting..

Dear Manasseh
Till today, the Democrats in USA can still not believe why Hillary Clinton lost. And so do some Ghanaians feel about NDC loss too.
I am a JJR-die-hard and I visited GH in October (14th till 28th). All my close friends who shared my political "thinking" told me they wanted CHANGE, because Pres John IV did everything he could, but TIMES ARE TOO HARD.
This info comes from friends from around Awudome, SSNIT at Ridge, SSNIT at Accra Central, Ministries, Adenta and Dodowa.
Some of them said "We shall continue to die for NDC, but for now, unfortunately it is Nana who has to come. We shall then see how things can be better".
So Manasseh, it was not about the CAMPAIGN. Bawumia started the campaign two years ago. NPP as a Party started the Campaign right after the Supreme Court Verdict, yet you chose to say that NDC dwarfed NPP in the Campaign armoury. No, I do not see it so. Ghanaians wanted change.
Manasseh supported this change with the “Ford Expedition” thing. So there were no issues related to what Paa K Amissah-Arthur could have done even in his home Region (Central).
In any case, John Dramani Mahama was destined to lose this election, BECAUSE HIS ADVISERS PLACED HIM ALONGSIDE FORMER PERSIDENTS on public transport!!!!! He-he-he.
Long live Ghana and Merry Christmas to all.

Where is your evidence of corruption?
What we do see is the massive infrastructural development undertaken by this admin which is unprecedented in our history, bar the Nkrumah regime. And all this achieved in just 4 years.
The cause of the rejection of the NDC was the imposition of taxes at the beginning of the election year at the insistence of the IMF, and the ripple effect through the economy. Ghanaians voted for change as they do not want to put up with 'hardship'.

NPP lost in 1992,1996,2008 and 2012,tell me who was blamed for that.Prez Mahama has himself to blame for involving in disgraceful scandals. The Ford scandal almost cost him the presidency. The last hour bribery allegation by Naabu Bugri was a knockout followed by Amidu's attacks.I can say with certainty that with these scandals on Mahama's shoulders there was nothing he could do to save his image.
Besides,Mahama's attitude of refusing to pay salaries for some civil servants in time was suicidal.
On a more serious note,Ghanaians have never given any party 3 consecutive terms. Therefore, the status quo was in order.
Nobody needs to defend Amissah-Arthur,he is not responsible for Mahama's scandals.
Thank you.

There are a number of disappointing facts about I feel compelled to share. But for the sake of brevity I will choose just one.
If my mind serves me right,Amissah Arthur was an economist who was a former Governor of The Bank of Ghana and also lectured economics at Legon. Why did Amissah Arthur go into hiding under his Mama's skirt when Dr Bawumia challenged him to prove he was a proper economist by answering the 170 questions posed by Bawumia on the economy? It was a disgrace when the retarded Fiifi Kwetey was unleashed to respond with cocaine cock and bull story under the NPP.
If Amissah Arthur had mustered enough courage to counter Bawumia's lectures on Ghana's economy maybe NDC could have diene a lot better in the December elections.

Manasseh Azure Awuni we known your political lining. Just bring it out for everybody to see. I mean let us see you in NPP colours and be with your biased reportage towards NDC. Know that if it were a rejection of J. E. A Mills and John Mahama administration from January to July 2012 and Amissah Arthur July 2012 onwards, NDC wouldn't have won the 2012 election. We are waiting to see and hear how you will be pushing Nana Akuffo Addo to fulfill his numerous campaign promises not forgetting corruption. Remember Diplomatic passports got missing under his care.

Truth and analytical piece from the usual good writer. He however leave out few important factors that contributed NDC's humiliating defeat in the elections.
1. Tribal bigotry shamefully displayed by the NDC and mahama himself the chief culprit. If you analyze the results very well, you could see that the NDC lost most of the Akan areas in almost all the regions. This shows how the Akans stood up and vented their anger to show that, indeed we are the majority in Ghana and no other group could take us for a ride!
2. Another factor is that, the NDC might not have won the 2012 elections after all! Everyone knows that elections was rigged terribly!
There are more, which I would outline and detail them in article coming up after the inauguration of the president elect.
Very sincere analysis. A good piece of writing.
