“The dialogue” easter wishes

HAPPY EASTER HOLIDAYS

All across the globe, Christians are scheduled to celebrate yet another Easter, a Christian religious festival marking the death and resurrection of Christ Jesus and his apparent ascension to heaven as believed by his followers. This goes to prove the religious diversity of our country and its secularity.
In this regard, the Africa Young Conservatives Dialogue, Ghana (The Dialogue) hopes that while on this celebration and stock-taking endeavor across the country, we all would use the opportunity and solemn occasion to reflect on our diversity and common goals and aspirations of national development and to put premium on making every effort to bridge the religious cleavages that has saddled us in recent times. We implore all and sundry to use this rare occasion to foster unity in diversity, constructive behavior and co-existence.
We urge the leadership of all Christian denominations as well as our political leaders on the upper rungs of the socio-political ladder to refrain from destabilizing acts of commission or omission which indeed has the tendency to split our cohesion.
The government is implored to behave civil in other not to deepen religious disagreements for cheap political point-scoring having regard to recent unhealthy developments in that sphere. We first and foremost are one people with a common destiny and cannot allow religion to tear us apart.
Religion and politics, perforce are inseparable bedfellows for national construction; pronto!
Again we entreat our youth across Africa and particularly here in Ghana to use the occasion to re-dedicate and reaffirm its believe and commitment to the Almighty God and to live in peace with everyone.
To our all our colleagues, partners, Board and Management including Staff and other collaborators, we wish you happy occasion!
Again, the Dialogues best Easter wishes goes to our Centre-Right compatriots, the New Patriotic Party(NPP) and its entire rank and file, particularly, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the presidential candidate, all members of his household The National Chairman, General Secretary, Our parliamentary Leadership and the entire August House..
