"Going forward, the Kwesi Nyantakyi administration has outlived their usefulness in Ghana Football, therefore a complete overhaul of the GFA administration is very imperative."
Well said. That is the only solution.

I would say though that the issue of so called indiscipline has to be properly addressed. The GFA is only there to make money at all cost regardless. This has to be addressed ruthlessly and necessary changes effected as far as the constitution of GFA sands as at now. Ghana is deeply saddled with too much influence by both the GFA and other high personalities including ministers etc. If the head coach and sometimes the assistant coaches have no total free hand to select players the problem will continue to plague the national teams especially the Black Stars.
The issue of allowances of the Black Stars which caused the failure of the team`s advance to the next stage at the recent world cup remains, I think it has the potential to affect the performance of the Black Stars. This has to be addressed meaningfully. There should be proper motivation especially when it appears the most outspoken of the Black Stars players have been silenced by their removal from the team.

I have critically analysed your piece and I particularly agree with the fact that Essien, KPB, Muntari as well as Kwarrassy should be called back to the team after they have apologised if they have done anything wrong. As far as I am concerned, we still don't know why Muntari particularly assaulted the so called official. If the official is completely innocent (which I really doubt) then Muntari should aplogise and let's draw a line under this whole debacle and move on. After all there can be no BS without our class players. No one gives a toss about some ill informed official. We care about our players, they come first. Kwesi Appiah's era is over. Let's move on

I commend you for your passion towards the uplifment of the Ghanaian football in particular and the sports in general. However, I disagree with you on the recalling of players like Kelvin Prince Boateng. We must not forget that in football, the issue is not limited to the field of play alone but then, discipline is an integral part of the game. A player who subtly frowns upon playing on African soil but only rides on world stage when the Black Stars qualifies for world cup, is disrespectful to say the least.
