The internal wrangling which will spell doom for the NPP has begun and you can call it 'confusion brewed in Npp's pot'.
Whether it is concocted or is real, only a matter of time will this internal crucifixion of NPP executives become our tool to use to give the NPP a final befitting burial.
In the mean time, We have Afoko vrs Akuffo Addo each being a Cocaine Mafia the Ghanaian Populace are not wont to their cocaine dealership. Me-thinks we of the NDC divide have been offered a good campaing tool to be used against the personalities of Mr. Afoko on one hand and Mr. Akuffo Addo on the other hand.
Thank You Kwame, this is confusion brewed in Npp's Pot.

Addo's days are numbered. The majority of the delegates have spoken and thrown the Akyem mafia and their hangerons on their asses. There will be no coronation for Addo. He will have to fight to get the flagbearership like everyone based on the merit of ideas to turn around the country.

Kojo thank you for this. I had serious reservations about the fawning and bowing before Nana Addo, as if the party had become his private property. The CPP did the same to Kwame Nkrumah and look where it is today! Nana Addo will have to work hard to explain why
he has lost the swing regions on 3 occasions and why at age 73 with still some serious social baggage, he can win the 2016 elections for NPP.
If he can do this then no problem but in my view things have just gotten harder for him as his hope of taking control of the NPP has been dashed

To me, his only campaign message was playing the role of a victim, and playing the tribal game. The main gist was "if you don't elect me, you are tribalistic, because I am a Northener"
Ghanaians, and NPPians as such, being shallow-minded, and fearing to be pushed into that unpleasant corner, have voted him to be their Chairman, whether he is in actual fact NDC or whatever. Just to avoid being tagged with tribalism.
The end of NPP is drawing near, because we have forgotten to employ our brains.

I think it is too early to judge Afoko.Let us take a deep breath and give him a chance to prove himself. As the bible says you shall know them by their fruits. If he is able to lead the party to a success in 2016, all of us will say Halleluia and heap accolades on him. On the other hand if he fails and bring disunity and failure at the polls in 2016, then the delegates will show him the door in 2018. That is democracy and not where you come from. God bless NPP.

What on earth is this unintelligent and boorish prat talking about? It's bleeding obvious you don't like Paul Afoko being elected as the Chairman of NPP, but perhaps not surprising. In your eyes, Paul Afoko, of course, has "umbilical link" to a camp you don't like!
Are you suggesting that Paul Afoko should have done nothing to defend himself, and the threat to his leadership challenge?
Whatever Paul Afoko's missteps and misdeeds, both real and imagined, he didn't hand his opponents a club with which to beat him. The mudslinging and orchestrated moves to disqualify him and tarnish his image, highlights NPP's internal battles and problems. In Politics, principles matter. And so too, does perception!
