Dreadful Fetish (Nana Antoa Nyamaa) Strikes a Supreme Court Judge? ? Truly as published previously, Sources radio UK 96.3 FM which doubles as a champion in online Ghanaian radio stations abroad is a pace setter. The radio station is the first to break the news on Nana Antoa Nyamaa, the most renowned dreadful fetish shrine in Ghana that it has entrapped one of the Supreme Court judges that sat on Election 2012 petition in its deadly cobweb. ? ? Ghanaians will recall that one retired Ghanaian Lawyer Adreba Damoa Abrefa, residing in the UK but originally from Wenchi in the Brong Ahafo region, recently took the Fetish, Nana Antoa Nyamaa, to an onerous publicized task. This took place in the wake of the Supreme Court petition instituted by the NPP presidential candidate for Election 2012, Nana Akufo Addo, and Deputy NPP presidential candidate, Dr Mahammudu Bawumia and NPP National Chairman, Jake Otanka Obetsebi-Lamptey. The petition was made in good faith by the named petitioners to challenge the validity of the declaration of then NDC presidential candidate, John Dramani Mahama, as the winner of Presidential Election 2012. ? ? Adreba in an effort to ensure that the Supreme Court judges demonstrated their integrity to let absolute justice prevail without being induced by financial gains and other would-be promises to declare any perverted justice, dashed to Ghana to solicit the spiritual assistance of the most dreaded fetish shrine in the Ashanti region but known all over Ghana, Nana Antoa Nyamaa. He went to the shrine in the glare of live airwaves coverage by some FM radio stations to invoke the fetish on the Supreme Court Justices sitting on the Election 2012 petition. ? The Justices were Atuguba, Baffoe-Bonnie, Adinyirah, Gbadegbe, Akoto-Bamfo, Anin-Yeboah, Ansah, Owusu and Dotse. He asked the fetish to strike down any of the judges who would be induced by the acceptance of bribe, and or will wilfully decide, not to allow true justice based on evidential documents presented and gathered during the course of the court proceedings to take its full course. ? ? He performed the necessary traditional rights or rituals. You and I that followed the live telecast of the Court proceedings saw what went on. In the end, contrary to expectation, Justice Atuguba’s 9-panel judge decided the case in favour of the respondents, President John Mahama, the Electoral Commission and the NDC by dismissing the petition as having no basis. This, to many, was a clearly perverted justice. The view of the public would have been different if they had not viewed the court proceedings live on airwaves. ? ? As we speak, a reliable source has confirmed to Lawyer Adreba that one of the Justices who escaped to the United States after declaring the most perverted and most ridiculous verdict on a landmark case ever seen in the history of Ghana judicial system is feeling poorly. He is presumed to have been stricken by Nana Antoa Nyamaa in response to Lawyer Adreba’s mounted challenge to him/her to prove whether or not the judges did pervert justice for a reason or the other. ? ? This judge became a monster, terrorizing the petitioners and their agents throughout the court proceedings to the declaration of verdict. At some point, he declared that he had powers to deal drastically with anyone including even the President of Ghana. Now, a superior lesser god, let alone, God Almighty, is proving to him where real power lies. ? ? Did he take any bribe to twist the verdict or he did that out of tribal or political party affiliation sentimentality? If truly the fetish has stricken him spiritually physically, then he is at fault somehow. He is the first one. The others who might have turned the truth upside down as witnessed in the nonsensical personal verdict statements by some of the judges must be on their guard. ? ? They must not underestimate the seriousness of Lawyer Adreba’s statement when invoking the fetish. He asked the fetish to deal unfavourably not only with the judges taking bribes to twist justice or doing so for the love of it but also, all their family members inclusive are to be held spiritually responsible. ? ? Left to a dubious judge alone, he or she would choose to die rather than to confess his/her involvement in any collusive act of perverting the course of justice when Nana Antoa Nyamaa strikes him or her. The person may do so same believing in "fedee ne owuo dee, fa nnyiram owuo". That is, "you had better die than to stay permanently publicly ashamed". People are consistently ridiculed for their committed acts seen as irresponsibly contrary to standard norm. This was the case of about five of the Supreme Court judges that sat on Election 2012 Supreme Court petition. ? ? I recently met Lawyer Adreba and held about twenty to thirty minutes conversation with him in the presence of Dr Ntiki, a Ghanaian residing in France. I queried his invoking of the fetish. I asked what purpose it would serve if they strike any of the judges after the judgment had long been pronounced to favour the wrong party. They should have dealt with them long before they pronounced the judgment. He explained to me how the fetishes work and still believed there would be positive results. He disclosed to me the conversation he had held on the phone with the shrine on the very day that we met at the "Nana Addo Ladies Club" 2 year anniversary celebration. ? ? To cut a long story short, one of the judges is in trouble now. Adreba, you told me the agreement you had entered into with the fetish. Would it be possible to add that before you allow the fetish to set any of the judges stricken free, after confessing to their collusive crimes to rig the judgment in favour of the wrong person or party, that judge should ensure the reversal of their judgment to cause the removal of that wrong person from power? ? ?
