Hahahaa - NDC Clutching at Slipping Opportunity?

? Out of desperation, uncertain about their fate vis-à-vis the verdict to be pronounced on Election 2012 case pending in the Supreme Court, the NDC, their agents and assigns, are now clutching at any opportunity no matter how insignificant it may be. They are of the hope that a window of opportunity may open for them to emerge victorious from the Election 2012 Court case in which they are alleged to have rigged it in favour of John Dramani Mahama. ? Deducing from the attitudes and recent actions of their communication team members, various agents and internet assigns, one can tell how tunnel-visioned and bigoted the NDC family has always been. The more the irregularity-filled pink sheets are brought out with Dr Afari Gyan confirming the mistakes on the face of the sheets, affirming that statutory violations have indeed been committed, the more NDC comes out fighting vigorously denying the seriousness and impact of the irregularities on the outcome of the election. ? They are also trying to implicate some members of the NPP, saying they have acted in contravention to the Supreme Court order to the public NOT to SPEAK EVIL, SEE EVIL AND HEAR EVIL about the Court and the nine-panel member Justices sitting on the Election 2012 case. Regardless of the Presiding judge being partisan and behaving shamefully to the disgrace of the nation and the law profession nationally and internationally, all mouths are technically padlocked. ? When it is pointed out to him and the Court that they are on camera being watched worldwide and hence must be mindful of their actions, one is accused of contempt of court. Many are the Ghanaians abroad that would become contemnors were they in Ghana and the arm of Justice Atuguba long enough to reach them. However, his arms are too short to reach abroad and his actions so despicable to be entertained in any court of competent jurisdiction in the civilized Western world. ? That is not the issue I am worried about. That is not the issue informing my write-up today but the propensity to throw dust in the eyes of Ghanaians by lying between their teeth. When all is white, the NDC want us to understand it is black. Have you forgotten Baba Jamal asking the NDC to tell Ghanaians they have received a cow from President Mills when indeed it is a goat? ? Any sensible Ghanaian following the live telecast of the Supreme Court hearing of Election 2012 case should as we speak, be able to tell the eventual outcome. Which side is winning the case has been made all too obvious now by Dr Afari Gyan’s admissions to committed irregularities that in all certainty constitute statutory violations. ? The quadruplicating of pink sheets with same serial numbers shows the extent to which the Electoral Commission went to rig the elections in favour of John Dramani Mahama and the NDC. What a calculated scheme to deny Ghanaians the value for their votes! ? My White legal brains have told me how the verdict will go many weeks ago . I have published it already but for the sake of those not conversant with my publications, I will repeat it here. The petitioners will win the case. At worst, it will be a re-run between Nana Akufo Addo and John Dramani Mahama, alias "Ede bii keke", when the Supreme Court judges in exercise of discretion choose to go down that path. ? GOD has already revealed the results to Kofi Basoah and all that NPP and all discerning Ghanaians need to do is to REMAIN RESOLUTE behind the course chosen by the NPP leadership to ensure justice is done to Election 2012 presidential candidates. ? My soul is sorrowful as I write. A citizen of Kumawu by name Nana Asumadu has passed on Tuesday 9 July 2013 in Rome, Italy. His death has hit me so hard that I cannot continue to write today. I appeal to all citizens of Kumawu resident in Italy not only to console the bereaved family in Italy but also, attend his funeral when it is due. ? "Nana Asumadu, Aduanaba, Damirefa due, due, due ne amanehunu" ? The fight to rid Ghana of electoral malpractices continues unabated! I dedicate this article to all Kumawuman citizens resident in Italy. Greetings to Skido. ? Rockson Adofo
