Re: NPP AND COMPLACENCY

Seriously speaking the NPP does not have a true agenda. All they've ever wanted is to acquire and exercise power in the name of their respective parochial leanings.

NDC has lots of struggles within its internal powers, but at worst it has better national interest than the NPP.

For NPP to win this time around, they will have to go everywhere Roko mentioned, speak Twi and try to convince the half-witted people that they are one and the same and therefore vote in their favor. NPP can never change the lifestyles of these hinterland and village people in 4-8 years.

So my question to Adolfo is which two birds are you trying to kill with one stone? Face facts Rock Star, NPP has little appeal amongst non-Akan/non-Ashanti citizens, and it is that which separates NPP from all other parties. Even though when you examine the political landscape of Ghana, almost all the parties are like ethnic camps. PPP is filled with Akan leaders, and although they may be very complacent about the fact, that is their modus operandi. They function as Twi speakers and invoke only Akan ideas and principles in their way of thinking. NDC is more diversified and nationalistic than NPP, but CPP as weak as it may seem should have been doing better by now.

Adolfo, you must understand one fact, NPP came into power because during that era, Ghanaians were so bored with Rawlings. Second term, they had no clue what these guys had been doing subversively. Now that we all know that both NDC and NPP as just as incompetent and corrupt, the Devil in Power is better than the Devil in Waiting!!!
