The time has come for every member of the New Patriotic Party to put the past behind us.

The 2024 elections are history. We may have had disagreements during primaries, misunderstandings in constituency elections, and disappointments over appointments and decisions. Some of us felt overlooked. Some of us felt offended. Those wounds are real, but they cannot be greater than our party.

If we want to return to power in 2028, there is only one path: Unity.

The NPP has never won any election as a divided house. Our greatest victories — from 2000 to 2004 to 2016 to 2020 — came when we stood together as one family, from polling station executives to national leaders. When we fought each other, we lost. When we forgave each other, we won.

To every party elder, MP, former appointee, youth organizer, women's organizer, and faithful grassroots member:

1. *Let us forgive.* Let us pick up the phone, visit our brother or sister we quarreled with, and settle our differences. 2. *Let us respect every member.* The party does not belong to one faction. It belongs to all of us who believe in its tradition and philosophy. 3. *Let us refocus our energy.* Instead of fighting internally, let us channel that energy into rebuilding our base, listening to Ghanaians, and presenting a stronger vision for the country. 4. *Let us protect our brand.* What we say about each other in public either builds or destroys us. Let us defend the party at all times.

The NDC is in government, but Ghanaians are watching us. They want to see if we have learned our lessons. They want to see a humbled, united, and determined NPP ready to serve again.

2028 will not be won on social media insults or internal sabotage. It will be won by unity, discipline, and hard work at the polling stations.

Let us heal old wounds today, so we can celebrate a collective victory tomorrow.
