It is only in Ghana that this utterly nonsense prevails to deny Daddy Lumba’s family justice.

What are the courts and judges in Ghana doing in the face of this blatant publicly observed injustice being meted to the wife and full blood-siblings of Charles Kwadwo Fosu aka Daddy Lumba following his untimely suspicious demise?

How on earth could it be justice to them when their husband and brother’s cause of death, time of death, place of death and place of burial are hidden from them since July 2025 until at this time of expressing the candid opinion of the writer in this publication?

Let the writer assume without accepting that Daddy Lumba asked to be buried wherever his remains are, hidden from his wife Madam Akosua Serwaah and full blood-siblings until now, who did he make that wish to? Was that wish orally made, and if yes, who did he make it to and who were or are the witnesses? Was that wish expressed in a testament and if answered in the affirmative, where is the testament and who has it?

Why are the courts and judges in Ghana, the writer’s beloved country of birth, fooling themselves and presiding over this obviously publicly acknowledged total injustice against the mentioned party in the shamefully ongoing “ping pong” litigation seemingly supportive by the courts and the presiding judges?

Why must only the cohabitor/procreator, thus, the “side chick” and or, her close collaborators, be privy to everything concerning the cause of death and burial place of Daddy Lumba until today?

Assuming all the nonsense that is going on was the wish of Lumba, where is the proof to that effect?

Unless Daddy Lumba expressed in his will, if any at all, that his full blood-siblings, real uncle Opoku, and wife Madam Akosua Serwaah Fosu, be ostracized from anything having to do with his cause and place of death, funeral, and properties upon his death, where is that testament?

The writer is ashamed of the courts and those so-called “powerful and influential rich people”, shameless and ungrateful guys of course, supporting the nonsense going on regarding the shameful treatment of Daddy Lumba in death.

If it were in other families or communities, that most irresponsible family head calling himself “Tupac” and had not spoken with Daddy Lumba for over twenty years before his death, would not be allowed the chance to condone and connive with the side chick to humiliate the name and body of Lumba and his real blood-siblings and wife.

Where is the body of Daddy Lumba, the writer, the fearless and no-nonsense son of Kumawu/Asiampa is asking the courts and judges and the now deposed family head Owusu aka Tupac and the side chick in this matter?

The writer has no choice but to dabble in this case as he is hurt about how Daddy Lumba, Ghana’s most iconic musician has been, and continues to be, treated, in death, to the absolute detriment of his true wife and full blood-siblings.

The courts and judges and the collaborating rich and powerful people and bodies in Ghana, must discontinue inflicting injustice on the grieving true family members of late Charles Kwadwo Fosu aka Daddy Lumba.
