    Could not agree more. Fathers who have doubts can pay individually for paternity testing. There should be no mandate. And parliament should earn their salaries doing useful work.

    Yaw, this is an a posteriori situation for most of the cases. Normally, it isn't the men who suspect at all or raise suspicions, for instance, at a child's birth, when there's nothing calling for such suspicions.
