Akufo-Addo Is Ghana’s Worst – Response To NPP USA

I have noted with concern a statement from the NPP – USA branch titled “Betty Mould is Ghana’s worst Attorney General”

I have read through that statement thrice and can conclude that it is TRASH.
Can you imagine that this statement is supposed to be a piece, written by the NPP USA branch? That chaff they put together, lacks substance, has no truths and also no facts.

I would want to believe after reading their statement, that their sponsor will be highly disappointed in the way and manner they presented it because they failed to nail the A-G.

These are the crooks that came down to vote for Akufo-Addo to lead the NPP.
What the NPP USA needs to do (if it is a responsible branch and intellectually packed), is to explain to Ghanaians why Ghanaians should not reject Akufo-Addo for the fourth time. A man whose drunken daughter (Gyankoma Akufo-Addo) rammed her car against that of the Governor of the Bank of Ghana.
I sincerely think that the NPP USA should be worried to read the Ghana Law Report of 1982-83 part 1 (GLR 421) which reports how Akufo-Addo destroyed the life of a 41-year-old man in 1967. The case is reported as WORLEDZI V. AKUFO-ADDO.

This is the case where the NPP flag bearer drove an UNINSURED car belonging to his mother into one Worledzi (A mail supervisor of the then P&T Corporation) in 1967. And because his father was the Chief Justice at the time, he managed to twist the legal system to escape from justice. Worledzi did not see justice until 1980 when the late Mrs. Justice Koranteng Addo sat on the case. The case was serious to the extent that, the record book containing all the proceedings got missing under Edward Akufo-Addo as the Chief Justice in 1969.
I will not waste my time to respond to the senseless points they raised but will give them hard facts, may be as educational material for them. Where was Eric Amoateng when he was arrested for transporting cocaine? Wasn’t he going to meet with the NPP USA branch after his dubious operations?
Where was Appiah Menka’s (Chairman of the Council of Elders – NPP Ashanti) son going to, when he was arrested and admitted to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) for swallowing COCAINE PELLETS?
The Attorney General is WORKING!
The Serious Fraud Office (S.F.O) is now known as the Organized and Economic Crime Unit. They are currently undergoing capacity building and training to combat serious Organized and Economic Crime like Money Laundering.
I am sure that their trash was borne out of the sheer hatred for the woman for fighting Money Launderers.
The Attorney General is concentrating on giving legal advice to the President and performing her prosecutorial roles.

If you have an NPP Chief Justice who can acquire government lands illegally and is spoiling cases in favour of the ‘Narcotic Peddlers’ Party’, then everybody will be responsibly concerned. But, when such things happen, do you blame the Attorney General or the Chief Justice?

If this Chief Justice is not removed, Ghana is likely to witness even more than (as happening) a repeat of the situation in 1966 – 1970 when Edward Akufo-Addo was the Chief Justice.

In getting down to records, Nana Akufo-Addo will forever remain the worst Attorney General ever produced by any government.

Who has been the only A-G to prosecute a case between a sitting President and another party when any first year Law student (in the first semester) will know all criminal cases are prosecuted in the name of the state? It is Akufo-Addo.
Subsequent to this embarrassment, one James Abeaduka a State Attorney was transferred after offering a legal advice to Akufo-Addo. James Abeaduka was the President of the Association State Attorneys at the time. He spoke to the Herald newspaper in 2002 after his transfer.

He lamented that his unlawful transfer was necessitated by his alleged jubilation over Tsatsu Tsikata’s victory over the State in the Fast Track court issue.

James Abeaduka noted that after Tsatsu had filed his writ challenging the constitutionality of the fast track court. He advised “the best thing to do was to go to the Supreme Court to point out the mistakes on the charge sheet and summons”. This was based on the fact that, the summons sheet was titled “In the Superior Court of Judicature, In the Fast Track High Court of Justice” meaning that the fast track high court was a different court altogether.
Abeaduka again noted that the Chief State Attorney accepted his legal opinion but Akufo-Addo rejected it, arguing that the Fast Track Court is a division on the document on the matter from the Chief Justice.
It is this failure that destroyed the case of the murder of the Ya-Na Yakubu Andani but the current Attorney General is shaping and prosecuting the case. This is justice…
Now who is the WORST A-G in Ghana? The answer is obvious.
