When is the Coup going to happen?

After 15 months of no water and, a very bad electricity situation I think it is about time someone had the balls to throw a coup! It should be a CPP orchestrated coup since the party can never come to power through the ballot box! Atta Mills has proven that he is a clown and, has no plans with regard to solving the many issues that affect Ghana.

In 2010 there are still people living In Mud huts and, shitting in the bush while mosquitoes bite their buttocks. Where is the urgency? In 2010 the sanitation in the markets is less than a joke! There is no organization, no sanitation and, ample amounts of filth! In 2010 there are still communities that have no access to good lighting. When is the coup going to happen?

Today, the richest people in Ghana are the ministers and, former leaders. All of them drive the newest cars with tinted windows in the midst of poverty and misery! These people are NOT the smartest we have in Ghana. They are just the greediest and, the best liars who have learnt how to convince people to vote for them. The amount of money we spend on these clowns is enough to stimulate the economy and, push Ghana to new highs. Sadly, these clowns have decorated themselves like chiefs and, continue to spend the tax payer’s money recklessly! When is the coup going to happen?

The investment in education and, teachers is disgraceful. The teachers are poorly paid and, are made to teach in classrooms not fit for donkeys! In almost 2 years in power Atta Mills has no real plan on getting modern classrooms to every corner of the country with high speed internet and , other tools needed to compete in the 21st century! When is the coup going to happen?

The health care system in Ghana is a joke. In the best hospitals in Ghana, there are people sleeping on stretchers in hallways, there are people sleeping on benches, there are not enough beds etc etc. The equipment needed to perform life saving procedures are broken and, nobody seems to care! The workers at the hospital are underworked, underpaid, and, living in misery! These people sacrifice a lot to stay in Ghana and, the government seems to never reward them. When is the coup going to happen?

The current government in power has even started attacking innocent citizens by seizing imported items and, distributing it amongst themselves… It is absurd and, shows the utter greed of the establishment. After stealing from the tax payers to live lavish lives, they steal what Ghanaians working abroad send to people in Ghana. This indicates that the people governing Ghana are simply governing to accumulate as many things as possible. The word service is not in their vocabulary. When is the coup going to happen?

So, when is the coup going to happen? The answer is never! A coup will not happen because, as bad as our democracy is, there is no better means to govern a country. The coup will not come because, the only people capable of throwing a successful coup will be much worse when given power. The CPP cannot throw a coup and, even if they did they have no men of integrity to lead Ghana. The CPP ideology which can save Ghana will never come to pass because; the greedy capitalist parties NDC and NPP have used the forces of Capitalism to render CPP irrelevant. The CPP has also been too lazy and, allowed greedy capitalist to creep into the party and destroy it. Thus, these two greedy bastards (NDC and NPP) will always be fighting for neocolonial chops while the common man suffers!

The NDC came to power because, even though people accepted the NPP had done well(by Ghanaian LOW STANDARDS) they thought the NDC was going to come and, make their lives even better but, as delineated above, Ghanaians are actually WORSE OF! But, since there won’t be a coup the only option is to vote them out or, vote for a party that promises to cancel all the excesses that government officials receive and, a party that is willing to lay out a clear plan on how to fix the problems I delineated above. The real question is, does the NPP have the balls to be that party in 2012?
