Oh Mother Ghana! (Part One)

A lot of Politicians and Army Generals have come and gone! They all promised to lead us to our promise land where milk and honey are flowing but instead we still find ourselves in slavely.Our hospitals had been taken over by demonic spirits. As soon as a child is born, his or her destiny is taking away from him or her. Even our homes, these demonic spirits are there.

The Churches have turn to market places " my Spirit is no more there" says the Lord. We have the form of godliness but we denied the power thereof.If we fail to look for the Kingdom of God and its righteousness first "which is in us" but rather seek hope from human governments, we would always be disappointed. Why? Because poverty is a giant spirit and no human government can face it. It takes only the anointing of God on the true believer to catapult this giant spirit. David in the old Testament is example of this case. I know some of you may ask, what about the advance countries who are having technology? Please do not be fooled, their technology is failing them. These so called advance countries, they are poor like rats. You see, poverty is a fraction of darkness of which God made known to us in Genesis! I quot "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth . The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Then God said "let there be light"; and there was light. (Genesis 1 : 1 - 3a ) And this light was the LIFE of men! I quot again "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was LIFE, and that LIFE was the LIGHT of men. The LIGHT shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it" (John 1 : 1-5)

You see, LIGHT and DARKNESS are symbolic words- LIGHT means healty, richness and life. Whiles DARKNESS means sickness, poverty and death. Sorry I don't have time to elaborate this. Let us go back to those we called Advance Country! In Genesis 1 : 16 - 17. God made two great lights- the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars. God set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth.

After the fall of man, man lost his God given light which was inside him and decided to look for something he could worship in order to live. Worship is something you put first. In Ghana, before Christ came even Father Abraham was idol worshipper before God called him. "The hidden Treasury" I have found it!

"For Africa's sake I will not keep silent, for Ghana's sake I will not remain quiet, till her righteousness shines out like dawn her salvation like a blazing torch"
