God or no God

PLEASE COME AGAIN: GOD OR NO GOD?

This article is as a result of an interesting philosophical 'battle' between a few commentators on an article by Rockson Adofo, on 28/02/2009, tittled: "Is it Simply an Act of Stupidity or the Ghanaian Version of Civilization?" The battle was started by 'The Owarean, Dartford' when he/she implied in his comment that the God of the bible is a myth or delusion. He or she asked some questions which I will reproduce later. He/she was supported by a few others, especially one MP (I don't know if the name is just a nickname/username or he/she is a real MP).

On the other side of the argument were quite a number of commentators. A few were merely casting insinuations and disgust with no real reason. There were however many who came up with REAL facts to support the existence of God and Creationism. The first to do this was one 'EAS'. He/she was joined by 'Alfred O' and 'PEEJHONAS'.

Below are some of the arguments:

Owarean: It only takes the look of the source of the modern christianity to realise there is no spiritual beings. There is no creation as portrayed by the half mythical-half history book, the bible. There are so many simple questions there that should get reasonable people thinking such as how will the so called heaven be constituted? What's God's role in the making or rather 'creation' of siamese twins? Why are some innocent babies, or even foetus, develop incurable diseases and permanent disabilities? Will loved ones meet in heaven? Will babies be babies in heaven? The questions are endless. Any attempt to answer them objectively will surely set the ball rolling to finding the reality of this life.

MP:" And some of their economy and business endeavours are driven by this destructive mantra, which dismisses the idea of collective responsibility and equity when doing business.

And so how could we as a nation contemplate doing business with people who feel that the only way for their cups to be half full is when our cups are half empty?

See, unless we abandon their shenanigans, gods, Bibles and false doctrines for our own common sense and reason, we would never awake to our true ancestry essence.

EAS:" The Holy Bible Is Eons ahead of Science. Science uncovers that which has been intellingently designed. And That doesn't elevate it (science)infallible. Your belief falls in the religion of evolution. The Big Band theory that omits Creationism. What ever goes "bang" breaks. So therefore I broke a bottle but those pieces didn't transform into anything profitable. To experiment: Boil water in a tea pot. Pour out into a cup. Place a tea bag, sugar and milk on a plate or saucer. Go away and return after 100 years, even a billion years and see if the tea bag junprd into the cup with the hot water by itself, added sugar to sweeten itself and milk to taste. This could never be achieved. Try this, if you found a beautiful mansion or house somewhere in the bush away from civilization, you saw no traces of vehicular presence or human involvement would that make you deny someone might have designed the building? God is the Creator and the intelligent designer of all things. Atheism has a religion called evolution. Evolution is NOT Science. It's a religion. Why? It is built on faith in the Big Bang theory. Meanwhile, certain medical practitioners have formed an association in Canada to debunk the Evolution theory and though they are not Christians they have embraced the Creationism or the vIntelligent design" Alfred O: " In conclusion: Sir Isaac Newton was totally correct in his Observations. If the greatest scientist who ever lived had no problem believing the Bible, what excuse will evolutionists, atheists, agnostics, or other so called men of science have on Judgment Day

Three days after the article was published, people were still posting comments on this subject. So lets all have another chance to do some justice to the subject. One can also realise that no one even attempted to answer the so called simple questions by The Owarean.

I hope all will join in and ask even more questions and see who can answer them well. No insults necessary, please. Let's use our brains to debate and learn.
