Letter From The President: Mob madness

Countrymen and women, loyalists and opponents, imagine this: your beloved mother passes away on Easter Sunday. As family members wail, you are confronted with the challenge of conveying the corpse to the morgue. Then your brother-in-law, who happens to be one of the most prominent member of your family, offers to handle the difficult task by carrying the corpse in his salon car in the dead of night. Relief! Now you can sit down and think about a befitting burial… or so you think. Three hours later, you get a call – your brother-in-law, the one who offered to convey the corpse to the morgue, is dead. What? How did it happen? “Well, as he passed through one of the towns on his way to the mortuary, a mob attacked him,” the informant says. “They mistook him for a murderer.”
