Letter From The President: Anane Bonker wins for now

Countrymen and women, loyalists and opponents,
I am writing to you from my cosy lodgings at the Buckinham Palace. The Queen has been a pleasant host and talking to her, I understand why JB and co. wanted her to move her people out of our country within the shortest possible time. They liked her. However, I don’t know what she did to Nkrumah that made him insist that she should leave NOW! I enjoyed the state banquet she threw in my honour and I hope I successfully deflected all those criticisms about my failure to wear kente at the Independence Day Parade – I wore one in front of the Queen and she was delighted.
