The NDC, crooks as they have always been ....

.... are once again trying to play smart. 

They have since Rawlings’ time, been resorting to illegal means, election fraud so to speak, to win elections. In collusion with the Chairman of the Electoral Commission, Dr Kwadwo Afari Gyan, who making a fool and mockery of himself in court could not responsibly define “over voting” and “biometric verification”, they did it in 2012. Their smartness is good, but it is foolishness in the eyes of a discerning Ghanaian.

Do I have to revisit the occurrences of Dr Afari Gyan blatantly shamelessly lying in court in defence of his illegalities and the NDC following Election 2012 petition filed by Nana Akufo Addo & Co, with his subsequent pooing in the witness box? No, I won’t, for those issues have extensively been discussed in some previous publications.

Dr Afari Gyan, as obstinate and snob as he has always been, although a learned septuagenarian, was resolutely determined to accept National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) card for the registration of their holders on the national voters register. He was only to be banished from undertaking such a process that could have allowed all foreigners in Ghana, and are in possession of NHIS card to vote in all national elections, by the Supreme Court. He could have unilaterally without the approval of Parliament, granted all illegal immigrants in Ghana, but are in possession of NHIS card, automatic Ghanaian nationality.

Once you have a Ghanaian voter’s card which not only permits you to vote, but also, to carry out any activity provided it is legal, as truly Ghanaian born citizens can do, then they can apply for Ghanaian passports. They can contest elections to become anything from Assembly member to the President of Ghana. All this could have become possible just by the decision of one selfish and insatiably greedy individual, Dr Kwadwo Afari Gyan.

Afari Gyan has still not abandoned his flagship policy of rigging Election 2016 for NDC and her presidential candidate. Previously, the NDC had secretly registered hundreds of thousands of foreigners from Togo, Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, and Niger onto the NHIS with the approval of the Electoral Commission. This could have facilitated the chance of all these foreigners registering biometrically onto the voters register and voting principally, or in their majority, for the NDC in all future elections.

To guarantee their chances of winning elections to continue to stay in power to perpetuate their corruption and daylight thievery/robbery, look what the NDC were doing with the tacit support of the Electoral Commission; dishing out Ghanaian nationality to aliens through the issuance of NHIS cards.

Still pursuing same intention and agenda to rig Election 2016, the NDC decided to register, and have registered, their party members and supporters biometrically. The way they have registered them is similar to how people are registered onto the voters register. They have registered hundreds of thousands of foreigners both in Ghana and outside Ghana as their card-bearing party members.

They have compiled the list of these illegal registrants in a data base format and passed it on to the Electoral Commission to be fed onto the Electoral Commission’s computer. With this, the Electoral Commission can print voter’s card for all these illegal individuals, pass them to the NDC to be taken to those people. This will have permitted them, or will permit them, to vote in all future national elections.

Look at how wicked the Blackman is, especially, these bunch of political ignoramuses calling themselves NDC. 

Are Ghanaians going to sit on their backside (arse) doing nothing while these NDC crooks collude with the disgraced Dr Afari Gyan to continually play on the intelligence of Ghanaians?

For the NDC to achieve their target, the Electoral Commission is going to present a proposal to Parliament to approve a government grant of US$150 million to them to purchase a particular machine (call it a computer if you want) from China that has the efficacy to print thousands of voter’s card a day without breaking down.

Once the machine is acquired, then their dubious agenda will be set in motion. Lest I forget, Dr Afari Gyan and his outfit will ban all previously issued voter’s cards from being tendered at polling stations to vote but the new ones to be issued by the new machine they are going to buy.

I wonder why Afari Gyan always wants to play “Kwaku Ananse”. Even Kwaku Ananse in all his wisdom, could not climb with the pot in which he thought to have gathered all wisdom in the world, to hide in the tree. It was his son Ntikuma who suggested to him how he, Kwaku Ananse, could climb the tree – rather place the pot on his back but not on the stomach (front) as Kwaku was seen to be unintelligently doing several times over until Ntikuma pointed him in the right direction. Does this convey any message to Dr Kwadwo Afari Gyan? He can’t be any smarter!

Ghanaians, for how long are we going to keep mute while the NDC and Afari Gyan condone and connive to rob us in a broad daylight for us to suffer hunger in the midst of plenty?
