Samsung mobile exposed

Samsung mobile placed an attractive advertisement in the dailies a couple of weeks ago inviting Samsung mobile users to submit their faulty handsets to their offices for free repairs. This was quite exciting, I quickly picked my faulty Samsung phone and dashed to their offices after they examined my phone they told me since my phone was purchased in the UK I don’t qualify for this promotion.

Incredible! They never stated in the communication that samsung phones purchased outside Ghana are not included, isn’t it rude and unfair for Samsung mobile to take their customers for a ride, as far as I know Samsung mobile does not assemble or manufacture mobile phones in Ghana so this reason does not make sense. Even if they had a criteria why didn’t they state it but wait until the poor customer comes over to their offices in the process waste money on fuel and transportation, this is a classic example of a façade, they use the media to create the impression they are customer friendly and exceptional but in reality they are mean and insensitive.
