John Mahama Is A Disaster: A Rejoinder - The NPP’s Akufo-Addo Remains Lost

By Fadi Dabbousi

After all, it is said that desperate times call for desperate measures, and according to the NDC, desperate times call for unjustified attacks on the one person for whom the nation has overwhelming support, Nana Akufo-Addo.

The NDC is petrified! John Mahama is horrified! The NDC communicators are terrified! Is it any wonder that uncouth urchins, charlatans of the Presidency, will make a life out of denigrating Hon Nana Addo Dankwah-Akufo-Addo? But my muse is in the abuse that is bouncing back at the hurlers of same, the NDC. For eight years, this party of confused hallucinaters and evil war mongerers have done nothing, but expose their criminal tendencies.

It seems to me that the author of the article, "The NPP's Akufo-Addo remains lost", is himself a consummate schisophrenic sycophant, who losses touch with reality whenever John Mahama gives him petty cash, 'nokofio'. There is so much to talk about that just illustrates the evil schematics of John Mahama and his bunch of indolent plagiarists, but we shall suffice with the dilemmas of the dishonourable governance of Mr President.

In the first place, John Mahama has cemented people's belief that he is the most corrupt person to have occupied the position of President in the history of Ghana. To have answered a BBC journalist at the anti-corruption summit, which ironically featured him, in the manner that he did was an insult to the integrity of the Presidency. To remind the readers, the Q&A went as ffs:
BBC: Mr. President have you been offered a bribe before? John Mahama: Everybody would have been offered......bla bla bla! BBC: Mr. President have you taken it. Have you taken a bribe before? John Mahama: As a President? BBC: As John Mahama John Mahama: As a human being? BBC: As a person
Ghanaians carried the mistuned interview and made a travesty out of it by adding their own:
John Mahama: As a dead goat?

This is the obnoxious shame of our times, and Bokor Michael J.K. rather chooses to say that Nana Addo is confused; a paradox of literacy and sensitivity.
John Mahama is known to make wild and empty promises, most prominent have been in the energy crisis. Since 2010, when the achievements of president J.A. Kufuor were, finally, eroded by the looting brigade headed by John Mahama, many promises were made that have yet to manifest, the latest one being the major reduction in tariffs of electricity by 1st July, 2016. Nothing thus far has come to fruition.

Talking about confusion, Bokor Michael should know that his NDC bosses are clearly disoriented, otherwise why are they fighting tooth and nail to keep a discredited voters register that they have logged on to millions of foreigners and maintained names of thousands of dead people? What are they afraid of? Besides, the recent allocation of GHs400 million Ghana Cedis to the EC is enough to compile a new one. That notwithstanding, the special limited registration exercise, recently undertaken, was fraught with proven anomalies when NDC operatives under protection from special police squads carried BVD machines into the neighbouring Togolese villages to register foreigners against gratuities of chale wotes and student mattresses.

In the same breath, how can Nana Akufo-Addo be confused when NDC Ministers are begging the electorates not to vote for him because they would go to jail? If not for the fact that their indelible tags as thieves stand out so prominently, what would they have to fear?
Again, when John Mahama has drowned the country in debt of over 40 billion dollars with just about 5 billion dollar signature projects to show for that huge amount, who can be referred to as confused? The incompetent, corrupt, President or the one seeking to salvage the little that we as a nation have left of our dignity?

By divine ingenuity, Ghanaians have realised how thieving the NDC is. By Holy Ordinance, John Mahama will be history come November 7, 2016. But he should hasten slowly with the hope that life after his term in office will be rosy because the curses heaped upon him by majority of the suffering masses will kick into gear. Or have they already?

Ghanaians will not be sodomised by John Mahama's empty promises any more. We refuse to kowtow to the scandalous governance of John Mahama, because we had gotten done each time we did. John Mahama, make sure you sweep the filth of your inefficient administration on your way out. Good governance is coming with the election of the astute and wise politician in the person of Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo.
