Columnist: Believers In Better Ghana

Professor Mills BBC interview

Professor Mills scores A+ in BBC interview

The Believers In Better Ghana (BBG) group wishes to congratulate President John Evans Atta Mills for his show of spectacular performance on the BBC show “Africa Have Your Say” as part of his first European trip outside Ghana since his assumption of office in January this year.

We of the BBG wish to commend President Mills for his show of confidence and believe in the Ghanaian that we have the potential to come out of these difficult economic times which we find ourselves in due to the reckless mismanagement of the Economy by the then New Patriotic Party(NPP).

The President’s display of knowledge on both local and International issues including those on trade and the issue of Darfur and Somalia gives us hope that he is fully in control of affairs in the country and can lead us to the Better Ghana land he promised Ghanaians.

The BBG further wishes to commend him for his continuous emphasis on teamwork throughout his interview and urge all Ghanaians to exercise restrain and come together as one nation to help build our country.

We also commend him for his commitment to fight corruption and support his decision to ensure that any asset of the state that has been taken away by a member of the former administration would be retrieved for use by the state. Congratulations Professor Mills and we are solidly behind you in all your endeavors to move this country to better heights. Long Live Ghana, Long live Prof. Mills, Long Live NDC
