NDC Plans Eight More New Aircraft

NDC Plans Eight More New Aircraft For Ghana By 2011 (“A Better Ghana”)

The NDC Government will buy eight more new Aircrafts by next year. Why Not! For Airplanes we don’t need to construct any road from A to B. We may then have plenty Trains and Planes.

I can foresee that, very soon all our shares in the oil will go straight to pay debts which have been made in the interest of only some few Ghanaians.

Vice President John Dramani Mahama on Thursday announced that the government would buy eight new aircraft by next year.

He said the planes would be made up of two light aircraft, four helicopters, one 50-seater aircraft and an Embraer 190 jet from Brazil.

Vice President Mahama said this when he inaugurated a 16-seater Falcon 900 EX EASY Presidential jet at the Air Force Base.

This means clearly, apart from the recent fresh loan President Mills acquired from the Chinese we may need to sigh for more loans for the 8 Planes which they are all of a sudden planning to buy, by next year.

What “a better Ghana”! In the near future Ghanaian people shall no longer need to travel by road, and therefore we may not need roads in the country because the loan from China will construct railways for Trains, secondly they are on their way buying numerous Aero Planes for the country. For what then shall we need roads?

Farmers can join Trains from the rural areas to sell their products in the cities, while the business people will be flying inter cities with our abundant planes.

I wonder why the Vice. President did not tell the Ghanaian people where they are getting the money for the 8 planes, even though they accuse the NPP day in and day out for leaving a very huge debt.

I wonder if the NDC Government is not making a big mistake to “counting his egg as chickens”
