The battle to liberate Kumawuman from the thoughtless insidious plans implemented to deprive her of the God's chosen chief-in-waiting; and infrastructural development continues unabated at unprecedented crescendo. The citizens of Kumawuman by common sense are equally blameable for the tortuously slow pace the resolution of their chieftaincy case has assumed. Almost all the rich people including the nouveau rich are vividly nonchalant about the welfare of Kumawuman. All they care about is selfishly to hold their wealth to their chest without parting with a farthing towards any good course. Once they have secured themselves stylish accommodations in the cities, living ostentatious lives either at home or abroad, they do not give a hoot about what happens to their fellows living back home. What a shame! Most are behaving like ostriches that bury their heads in the sand even when their backyard is burning as though nothing is amiss.
The days of merely paying lip service and refusing to honour pledges of aid are gone and gone forever. A new strategic chapter is opening to ensure the citizens take to true vigorous actions to bring about speedy prosperity to Kumawuman regardless of the retardant intentions of those seeking to play God. Nothing comes free. Everything comes at a price. You should be ready to pay to restore sanity to your already dilapidated place of birth, especially Kumawu. The known apathy, selfishness, and the lack of community spirit are working against the greater interest of your Kumawuman.
There cannot be any decisive initiatives to spur the citizens to becoming community conscious without a dynamic chief in charge. Without a farsighted traditional leadership, the socio-economic resuscitation of Kumawuman will be long coming. It is inconsequential to bemoan the fate of Kumawuman in the hands of the opportunistic Ankaase royals without proffering solutions to making them aware of their true social status within the society. The Ankaase royals are in my estimation greedy ineligibles bent on holding perpetually to the throne that is not theirs by employing all dirty means possible.
Anyway, I have always not been enthused over the dismal conduct by Asantehene to resolving the Kumawu chieftaincy affairs. Common sense holds him inextricably responsible for any ill fate that befalls Kumawuman out of his questionable dilly-dallying. I am going to spare him the rod for a moment consequent upon the advice of some knowledgeable and highly respected individuals. I hate to see those at the helm of affairs always seeking to lord it over the less fortunate ones in the society. Asantehene can seek to explain why his delay tactics but he cannot seek to excuse himself from blame.
Your action to get a chief for Kumawu needs to be robust. You should not leave any stumbling stone in the process. All hands on deck, I say to Kumawuman citizens. Your nonchalance is letting you lose your forests, farmlands, timber and other resources to individuals like Kwamanghene, Agogohene, Kumawuhemaa and Kumawu Kontrihene aka "Tikenenkenen"
I am appealing for funds to enable the progressives institute certain legal actions able to stop Krontihene from further selling Kumawuman stool properties to pocket the money. My request may be nonsense in the ears of the wise but to the suffering majority; they are soothing words from a hero. However, mind you, I am not a hero but a liberator aligning myself with the poor. "You do not know what you have got until you lose it", I say to Kumawuman citizens. Others have taken you for fools for far too long. Until when are you obediently going to stay in the terrorizing shadow of the insolent Kumawuhemaa, prostrating to her, as did Akwasi Sarfo in Toronto some time ago?
If persuasion fails, force must apply. We are all facing financial constraints of some sort but please, do contribute your widow's mite. A son of Kumawuman has been doing what he can to contribute positively towards the face lifting of Kumawu. He has been able to get two backstreets in Kumawu macadamized. More grease to his elbows. What are you able to do for your community, "Mr Man" or "Sister Woman?"
What are the Ananangyas and Odumases resident abroad doing to ensure the speedy return of the Kumawu paramount throne to them? They should make financial contributions into the war chest geared towards fighting the queen over the paramount throne.
The progressives have slated a mammoth demonstration to air the views of the suffering Kumawuman citizens in October 2011 if the Kumawu chieftaincy happens not to have resolved. John Fosu will keep you in the loop so stay tuned.
