Justice Silences Violence - So Hear ye my Lords

? My Lords, to be forewarned is to be forearmed. The official warning issued to the citizens of America to be wary of their stay in, or coming to, Ghana, by their home government, must be an inspirational concern to oblige the Supreme Court justices to deliver a verdict based on truth. It is only in the absence of truthful justice that violence thrives, and thrives absolutely.

? Lack of prevalent justice is the carbon dioxide on which the plant of violence thrives magnificently. It is therefore up to the nine-member panel Supreme Court Justices sitting on Election 2012 case to either make sense or not, of the action being taken by the American government. Are they going to play into the hands of the evil ones like Stephen Atubiga? This political misfit with his like-minded friends has threatened to rain brimstone on Ghana should the judges not maintain John Mahama even in the glare of evidence confirming intentionally committed acts of statutory violations that lopsidedly favoured him.

? Nobody, I repeat, Nobody, can go on rampage if the judges decide the case based on the credibility of evidence provided to the Court and as gathered during the cross-examinations of witnesses, and at the question-time clarification of submitted addresses held on 14 August 2013.

? Those that have stolen the nation’s money and fear for their future possible prosecution are those that for their selfish interests, may move the less intelligent ones to take the laws into their hands to cause violence. Nonetheless, such crooks will never succeed if and only if, the judges will be honest with themselves and be truthful to Ghanaians and their profession to ensure justice always remains and reigns supreme.

? I challenge the judges to prove the Americans wrong. They can only do so if they pass a judgment of truthful justice based on the evidence which is convincingly clear to about 90% of Ghanaians and all those that watched the live telecast of the Court proceedings.

? God is in control. He will not hesitate to strike down anyone who seeks to make Him a liar whereas He is not. He has revealed a lot to people including Kofi Basoah as to who He has ordained to lead Ghana out of the sinking socio-economic boat.

? Let there be justice, oh my Lords! Delivery of verdict based principally on justice will hold the violent-intent Ghanaians at bay.

? I dedicate this write-up to the late Mary Rhule, once a resident in Kumawu although a daughter of Nzemaland and her only living sibling, John or Bernard Rhule.

? There would be peace in the land if the Supreme Court justices would care to pronounce a verdict based on truth and JUSTICE! ? ? Rockson Adofo
