How Reasonable are those Supporting Retired Justice Kpegah

to Flay Nana Akuffo-Addo over Condemnatory Impersonation?

Unfortunately, some Ghanaian lawyers are apostatically lending credence to the vainglorious stance taken by a retired Supreme Court judge (Justice Francis Kpegah), to sue Nana Akuffo-Addo for impersonation. The retired judge claims to have over-convincing evidence to nail Nana Akuffo-Addo onto the cross of impersonation, frog-march him, his legs wobbling, to court to crucify him in before a crowd of cheering NDC apologists.

Having quickly sought directions from my Superior White Legal minds, I have the following to tell not only to Ghanaians but also, to that sadistic retired judge who is currently alleged to be engulfed in rent and utility bills arrears running into hundreds of thousands of Ghana New Cedis.

1. Justice Kpegah is understood to have already sued Nana Akuffo-Addo.

2. Has any court or person served a summons on Nana Akuffo-Addo relating to the lawsuit instituted against him by retired Justice Kpegah?

3. In the event of Nana Akuffo-Addo not been served any notice to the suit, how does he respond to the alleged impersonation charge levelled against him by retired Justice Kpegah?

4. In the event of Nana Akuffo-Addo been served papers notifying him about the suit, should he not rather be answerable to the court than to the public as espoused by some NDC apologists and other apostate lawyers?

5. Do Ghanaians want Nana Akuffo-Addo to call a press conference to either acknowledge or deny the accusation of impersonation as preferred against him by a Justice Kpegah, whose motives are seemingly suspicious?

6. What are the courts there for, if cases brought before them are finally settled, arbitrated or adjudicated in public by the public as wished by some Ghanaians of dubious intentions?

7. Nana Akuffo-Addo as a seasoned lawyer, should not rush to deny or acknowledge the veracity of the accusation of impersonation in public. He should make his views known in court if ever the case was called for hearing.

As very usual of me, I am going to keep a chunk of the advice given to me by my White legal brains who laugh when I run to them panicking, seeking their advice. By their body language, I can tell they oftentimes question the intelligence, integrity, and astuteness of some Ghanaian lawyers, judges and Ghanaians as a whole.

Therefore, all those hyping up at the thought of Nana Akuffo-Addo being guilty of impersonation because of his failure to come public to deny the accusation, you have well been answered by the Superior White legal brains. Have you seen how stupid you now appear in the eyes of intelligent people? Ghana abounds in "educated illiterates". I always seek advice before jumping into the fray.

The NDC persistently lied to Ghanaians, arranged and paid some hollow-minded persons to level similar unfounded; purely nonsensical allegation against former President Kufuor when he was in power. They tried to tarnish his reputation by saying he had engaged in extra marital affairs with an American woman of Iraqi origin called Ms. Gizzelle Yadjzi. They spread rumours that not only the woman has twin children by President Kufuor but also, she has credible knowledge and information linking President Kufuor to what had then become Hotel Kufuor scandal.

All these horrendously absurd and nonsensical attitudes of the NDC started in 2005 when they hatched plots and pushed all buttons in the hope of winning back power from the NPP. Read articles published on this from Ghanaweb and other Ghana online newspapers from 2005. On Ghanaweb under General News of Wednesday, 17 August 2005, an article titled, "I Have Twins With The President - Giselle" will tell you how mischievous, devilish, and irrationally wicked the NDC can be if it wants to. Is it therefore any wonder that they are doing something similar to Nana Akuffo-Addo in attempts to distract him from being vigorously fully committed to pursuing justice in the Supreme Court over the election 2012 fraud case that robbed him of the presidency?

Nana should not yield in to the stupid ploys by the NDC using a demented retired judge. Why did Kpegah not notify Ghanaians about Nana's possible impersonation which he, Kpegah, had been aware of since many years until now?

Did Gizzelle ever come to Ghana to confirm the Hotel was President Kufuor's? Did she ever come to Ghana with the alleged twin children to confirm President Kufuor actually bonked her as maliciously rumoured unceasingly by the NDC? No!!! The rumour as false as it was, died a natural death as soon as the NDC bunch of Corrupt, Lawless, Incompetent, Mediocre and Bastardised (CLIMB) family won power in 2008 albeit, gargantuan rigging in the Volta region.

Now that they are being challenged after once again rigging elections, they have come up with their crap again. Sadly, some Educated Fools have bought into, or given credence to their lies and defamations, the traits of the NDC, to write copiously about it in attempts to demean Nana Akuffo-Addo. These entire devil-incarnates will not succeed but will be exposed in the end.

I once again admonish NPP faithful and all discerning Ghanaians to rally RESOLUTELY behind the course taken by Nana Akuffo-Addo and Co. to ensuring justice for all rational beings in Ghana. It is only the fools among Ghanaians who do not see the wisdom in what Nana Akuffo-Addo, Dr. Mahammudu Bawumia and Jake Otanka Obetsebi-Lamptey are doing.

Remember Kofi Basoah's dream. Remember the problem revealed to him by God. Remember to do the remedial request of being RESOLUTE as prescribed by God.

All shall be well with Nana Akuffo-Addo and Co. All shall be well with Ghana under the quality leadership of Nana Akuffo-Addo. All shall be well with the entirety of Ghanaians under Nana Akuffo-Addo's regime that will know not selective justice, public intimidations and "CLIMB"

Ghanaians in London will be demonstrating against the election 2012 fraud, gargantuan corruption in Ghana, and all the associated evils prevalent in Ghana, as are in perpetration by the government.
