False Recruitment Of Nurses Into Ghana Armed Forces

The attention of the Ghana Armed Forces has been drawn to a social media message making rounds that the Ghana Armed Forces is recruiting nurses into its medical corps at the 37 military hospital. The military high command wish to advise the general public to disregard such message as there is no such recruitment taking place at the moment.

We wish to mention that any recruitment into the Ghana Armed Forces is always advertised in the media and prospective applicants who qualify would then apply. It is therefore not true that there is any recruitment on going for nurses to fill any perceived gap at the medical corps.

The general public must report any person who would put out such false information to the police for possible prosecution.

Signed
