Physical instructors then led the enthusiastic participants through about 45 minutes of aerobics exercises amid danceable tunes. Mr. Nicholas Addai (Project Coordinator) then commended participants for turning up in their numbers for this health and fitness exercise. He also advised them to engage in healthy lifestyles to realize the benefits of this monthly exercise. “We must change our mindset towards exercising and stop the regular intake of junk foods,” he said.
He continued that, there is an increase in preventable diseases such as diabetes and hypertension which eventually leads to kidney failure thus the need for all to make exercising a part of their daily activities since it will help them stay healthy and live longer.
