Deputy Information Minister Don't Understand Indictment.

Ghana’s Public Debt stock: Deputy Information Minister, Ofosu Kwakye Don't Understand Indictment.

According to the novice Deputy Information Minister, Ofosu Kwakye, "the minority leader to claim that there is no work to show as evidence for all the money that has been borrowed, for me it is an admission of failure on his part as a legislator, because it is not possible for government to borrow without the minority having the opportunity to scrutinise the loans."

This is exactly what the so-called Deputy Information Minister don't and can't understand, simply because with his little mind he thinks if you approve a loan, you have to by all means immediately see or know what your approval has yielded.

We are all Aware that in Ghana politics, the government in power usually thinks he owns Ghana and can therefore do whatever he likes with the People, which is completely wrong, primitive and undemocratic.

A typical example is when Mills approved an official 4x4 car for his then Minister for road and Transport, Joe Gidisu but instead bought a normal 740i BMW Saloon car for almost $140.000 from the poor taxpayers Money from the United States of America while it was at that time selling at (the highest) $90,000 in the USA where it is manufactured.

The Deputy Minister of information, Ofosu Kwakye must get it that, the fact that the minority approved a loan does not necessarily mean they must control where the loan went, because under normal circumstances, if a loan is approved in the parliament it must duly take its course and not diverted. So there should be no need for the minority to control everything that it approves.

In this case it has nothing to do with indictment as Ofosu Kwakye is purporting or as a Deputy Information Minister, he is not conversant with the word indictment.
