Could a prince be stripped of their princehood?

To be a prince as in its original universal term and understanding, one must be a male son of a monarch. This is different from simply being named and called Prince, similarly as one may be named and called John, Isaac, or Kwasi.

Princehood is not a given but a birthright entitlement to any male child of a monarch hence an intrinsic element that inextricably stays with them unto death.

An intensive confirmation search to buttress my contention defines a prince as follows. “A prince is the son of a monarch, possibly even the person who stands to inherit the title of king after his father's death”.

Prince Is King

The defined or accorded dignified duties of a prince can be removed or stripped, if such prince’s conduct is found to be disgraceful but not their birthright princehood.

To refuse to address or regard him as prince is a matter of individual’s choice that cannot in any way culminate in the physical stripping of a monarch’s son’s princehood. No, the princehood can never be taken away by any order or law under the Sun, moon, and stars.

Therefore, it is weird the British public’s agitation compelling the King to strip his younger brother Andrew of his inherited princehood.

Yes, the public is right to ensure his given titles, activities and benefits that go with his princehood are removed as punishment for his alleged or proven disgraceful misbehaviour that compromises the reputation of not only his princehood but the monarchy.

In Ghana, my beloved country of birth, when one is born by a chief (king), we call them “Ɔheneba”, thus, a prince if male, or princess if female. Can that birthright of being born by a chief ever be taken away until that “Methuselah-old” intrinsic accord has been universally agreed to be abolished with monarchy becoming virtually nonexistent?

What is your view, ye public reader? I may be right or wrong but that is my expressed candid opinion following the British public demand for, and stripping of, the disgraced Prince Andrew of his princehood in the wake of his association with decedent paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
