Caution to the Supreme Court (An Amicus Curia’s Message)

Thank God that today, in our nation building, we have the opportunity of first hand courtroom proceedings of this ongoing cross-road case of the 2012 General Elections on air, live. Before I continue, the caution must be sounded to those lovers of darkness who are moving heavens and the earth to have this all important broadcasting ceased, in ordered to make room for malicious false propaganda. This live broadcasting is a vital national security device at diffusing undue tension which could be generated as a result of keeping the citizenry in the dark, and the resultant propaganda that would seek to banish the Truth onto the abyss of darkness. The cost of maintaining peace and security of the nation cannot be too costly for any reason, for the other alternative could be a civil war that would bring both wealth and citizenry to annihilation.
Having said the above, our focus today has to do with the conduct of the honorable panel justices, who now have the great burden of responsibility, and yet the honor to be used of God, as a tool in deciding the fate of this beloved nation. I, being cognizant of the great burden that you (panel judges) carry, do write as an angel of God to strengthen your hands. You must know and understand that you are found in this hour as the Panel by the great Hand of God; and that THAT which is behind you is greater than all. You must understand that your appointment being of God and not of man, makes you are answerable to Him. You must know (if you are not aware) that this battle is not about NPP and NDC, not about Mahama and Akufo Addo, or is it about such natural colorings. It is rather a great battle between God and the Devil in the destiny of this beloved nation. It is the battle between Light and Darkness, war between the Truth and Lies. You must know that you are also active soldiers in this battle, even though on the face of it, you are referees. You must understand that you have the option in deciding which side you want to fight, whether for the Light or the Darkness, the Truth or the Lies, to be on the side of God, or that of the Devil. You have all the legal tools to either fight for the Truth or the Lies. Thus you can use the Law to support the Truth, or use same to help the Lies win. I, an angel of the Most High do write to urge you to use the Law to make the Truth prevail. I come as a brother to strengthen you in your quest to fight for the Truth. In so doing, I have need to make critic of you. I would entreat you as co-soldiers, on the side of God, the side of the Truth, in this landmark battle, to take it all in good faith, as all that would be said would to work in your favor in doing the good battle.
So far you have done creditably well, (70%), given the fact that this is your first experience of a case of this caliber. Notwithstanding, I would like to point out to you some irregularities so far, so you can fix.
1) You must please be decisive. That rulings must strictly be enforced. This would help bring sanity and speed to the case. Lawyers who deliberately, consistently, disregard or try to do so, must be brought in line. The behavior of some a lawyer so far, has been insulting to the intelligence of the panel. Lawyers who persistently try to steal their way through, even though caught and arrested many times must not be countenanced. Those who just want to play to the ignorance of the general public, by way of irrelevant gimmicks must not be allowed. Frankly speaking, this case is a case of Pink Sheets; and the pink sheets has own its own enough burden to be dealt with by the lawyers and the court, and as such, to expedite speedy and fair trial, the show of flamboyant argumentations would only compound the case and drag it as such.
2) Please, my brother, the presiding judge, must extent your patience to all, even as you must stamp your authority on. Do not be lenient to others whiles you crake the whip on others. Our beautiful learned lady panelists must also try as much as possible to take out some percentage of your feminine sentiment when addressing issues. I must admit that your assertiveness is loved by your Father in Heaven; notwithstanding, we, the weak fellow male counterparts find it a bit unprofessional as to the way you express the facts, even though the fact is that it is our egos that get bruised by your zealousness. However, you do not want be perceived as overly emotional.

3) Please, my brother, the presiding judge, be patient with your colleague judges even as you preside over them. They are your guide and support. You may not see all, hear all, and understand all; therefore they are there to help your leadership. On the other side, please fellow panelists, continue to guide the president with all the necessary humility. You might be right in what you are saying, but if you say it without tact, you might fail in communicating a vital message to the detriment of us all who are on the side of the Truth. All of you must be careful to keep your composure and professional unity, on scene and behind the scenes, as a panel that are bent on delivering the truth, or else you would lose your professional sobriety and non-partisanship, and play to the whims of the warring agents.

4) Finally, this is to my brother the presiding judge. My brother I say this in love, and as said, in good faith. Please you would do well to stop undoing your own directives and wise counsels with the tailing contradictive remarks of uncertainties that has been characteristic so far. Your directives and counsels have always mostly be spot on, save mostly the conclusions have been loose ended, and abortive. I implore you, and the rest of the panel to watch highlights of the day to assess your performance in order to learn from mistakes. You may do this with trusted family and friends or even best professionals, who could make clinical observations, and thus offer pertinent advice. I trust the wise is always humble to learn to improving toward perfection. Lastly, brother president, work on, and pray to our Father for the ability to communicate in clear and concise way. As a judge precision is vital, so that unscrupulous lawyers do not take undue advantage. I must say that you have a divine air of commanding respect around you, but the aforementioned challenge is very parasitic on this uncommon vital divine gift. Your Father in Heaven is ready to help you in all your needs, be assured.
In conclusion, I am assuring you (the panelists), as a messenger of God, and a fellow soldier-in-battle that success and honor which is beyond money and vainglory would be yours, if you choose to stay with the Light to deliver the Truth. Have fear of no man, but be careful not to conceal the Truth, because NO ONE can. Who can stop the Light? Have fear only of the one who can deal mercilessly with both the flesh and the spirit. He alone must be feared and worshiped, Yahweh (I AM The Self-Sustaining Living One) is He. He has sworn by His Name to rid Ghana of falsehood and evil; who would stop Him! This is the time for the DELIVERANCE of Ghana, Beulah of God! He would not relent until Ghana receives the Christ in His physical body and full power. Ghana is the Supreme Throne of God; and since 2012, NO FALSEHOOD would last sitting on the lap of Jesus on His Throne. Glory, Honor, and Power to God and His Christ. Amen!
