Appeal Court's ruling on "Woyomegate Scandal" will not change…

I could not believe my ears and eyes when the judges of the Appeal Court of Ghana unanimously pronounced a near exonerative-from-blame judgment in favour of swindler Alfred Agbesi Woyome. I had prior to their ruling which caught me unawares, expressed fears in my preceding article published on modernghana.com and SpyGhana.com, on how the State prosecutors' complicit behaviour will oblige the courts to set Woyome free. The article was titled, "A Pressure Group to Tackle Alfred Agbesi Woyome in Court". It was published on Thursday, 14 February 2013.

I now stand vindicated even though; the court is yet to hear the substantive case presided over by a lesser judge (Justice Ajet-Nassam) in a much lesser Financial District Court.

The decision by the Appeal Court has rather re-invigorated my resolve to pursue Alfred Agbesi Woyome for the restitution of the money he so swindled, to Ghana. I have said it time and over again that, he can run, but he can never hide. His joy at the decision by the Appeal Court will just be momentary. He will surely refund the money to Ghana with interest payment no matter how long it takes him and his accomplices to try to evade justice.

I will prove to the corruptible State attorneys, Woyome and his entire accomplices that there are many intelligent Ghanaians within and outside Ghana. These persons will not sit on the fence while they carry out their wanton daylight thievery on Ghana. Being a patriot with the oftentimes tendency to be a litigious problem solver, I have consulted with my White legal brains for advice on how to squeeze the balls of Woyome through private legal action to institute against him.

They have assured me there is a possibility of bringing up a successful private prosecution against him by any Ghanaian individual, group of persons, organization, etc. provided that:

1. The person or group of persons can prove the veracity of the alleged fraud Woyome has executed on Ghana and Ghanaians

2. The person or group of persons can prove that the fraud committed by Woyome has affected (adversely of course) them PERSONALLY in one way or the other.

They have also advised that whoever wants to take Woyome on in the courts on private suit had better go for a lawyer specialised in international law but based outside Ghana. This will make it very difficulty for the authorities in Ghana, who are susceptible to corruption, to influence (bully, threaten) him or her.

I still believe we can use Ghana lawyers in private suit to collect the money from Alfred Agbesi Woyome. I therefore appeal to Ghanaian lawyers that are willing to volunteer their services free or for a meagre sum of money towards the greater effort to retrieve the money from Woyome to contact me.

I would like as many people as possible that feel cheated by the attitudes of Woyome, the NDC government, and the shameless or incompetent State prosecutors, to contact me on the subsequent ways forward to collect the money from Woyome. We should prove to them that we are wiser and smarter than they are.

All discerning Ghanaians resident outside Ghana who have aversion to State-sponsored corruption should please respond to my S.O.S call to rally support to retrieve the money from Woyome.

Woyome can jubilate over the Appeal Court's decision in his favour by way of enjoying his ill-gotten wealth extravagantly. I promise him, he will never get away with that crime of defrauding Ghana no matter how his accomplices manoeuvre to set him free. He is already cornered, for that, I know.
