Afari Gyan Tried to Duck but the Supreme Court…….

Hahahahahaaa, Dr Afari Gyan Tried to Duck but the Supreme Court…….

Let us all give thanks and praises unto God Almighty. Whatever God has decided, purposed, will come to pass no matter how long it takes. The accuser of the NPP, once calling them rabble-rousers is now playing what may be a peek-a-boo (hide and seek) with both the Petitioners (Nana Akufo Add & Co) and the Supreme Court.

No matter what Dr. Afari Gyan does, time has caught up with him and his evil doings or deeds, the pains he has caused Ghanaians, are about to be told and exposed in glare view of the whole country if not, the whole world. What a perfect resonance of the entailments of Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 - "A time for everything".

As usual, and for the sake of my Ghanaian compatriots that my find it difficult researching the bible to appreciate the point I am dragging at, I am going to reproduce what is said at the quoted bible chapter here by the courtesy of the bible publishers.

"To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;

4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;

6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;

7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace".

Now is the time for Dr. Afari Gyan to lose, and weep. He is losing his reputation.

He will be charged with causing financial loss to the State, tried and incarcerated if he lost the electoral fraud suit scarily staring him in the face. He, like Alfred Agbesi Woyome of the infamy "Woyomegate scandal", can run but he cannot hide. Does he now see the Supreme Court as a "theatre" where he can go to entertain himself?

When did the Supreme Court become a theatre in the figment of Kwadwo Afari Gyan's imagination that he did appear before the august Justices presiding on the electoral fraud suit yesterday, Tuesday 16 April 2013? Did he go to the court on his own volition or he was compelled to?

Now is the time for Mr. Afari Gyan to sense that "man pass man" and "metal or iron cuts iron". Someone, a court judge of course, at a point in time, probably academically less enlightened than him, can order him what to do. Oh, how true it is to say, there is time for everything under the Sun, the Moon and the Stars. Dr. Afari Gyan is now silent, probably standing with arms tucked behind him like an innocent schoolboy summoned before his head teacher.

May Dr. Afari Gyan humble himself before the judges before he is charged with contempt of court prior to being found guilty in a case GOD has already revealed to KOFI BASOAH and many others that the NDC robbed the NPP of the Election 2012 winning verdict.

Dr. Afari Gyan tried many tricks to evade the obligations by the Supreme Court as imposed on both the Petitioners and the Respondents but he could not succeed. This is all because there is time for everything. It is time for him to realise that his "too know" (pomposity) is sadly coming to an end. He is unknowingly in the sunset of his professional life. Circumstances are now compelling him to take to that disgraceful journey of ending his academic, professional, and so on and so forth career in regret, in sufferance, and in the truthfulness of the adage, "Had I known is always at last". If he knew his plots to rig the elections were going to be discovered, he would not have involved himself in the first place. Man proposes but God disposes. As he was busily executing his nefarious acts, GOD was watching him calmly from above, probably laughing and saying, "Oh poor little thing, look at what he is doing to derail my intentions for Nana Akufo Addo, my appointed servant"

TO ALL DISCERNING GHANAIANS, WE ARE WINNING BOTH THE BATTLE AND THE WAR. NEVERTHELESS, LET "BE RESOLUTE" AS PRESCRIBED BY GOD THROUGH KOFI BASOAH OF ASANTE-JUABEN BE YOUR ONLY POWERFUL WEAPON.

Please, to watch the Ghana Supreme court hearing of the electoral fraud case in which Nana Akufo Addo, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Jake Otanka Obetsebi-Lamptey are respondents, and President John Dramani Mahama, Dr. Kwadwo Afari Gyan, with NDC (co-opted in) as respondents, logon to your computer on WWW.GHANATV.WEEDLY.COM as advised by a Ghanaian compatriot in Germany calling into Sources radio UK Fm 96.3. You can get Sources radio online via modernghana online.com.

Let all Ghanaians cheer up as a solution to our political stalemate is in sight with Nana Akufo Addo coming, sitting on the presidential throne with Ghanaians emerging from all the four corners of the country saying, "Thanks be to God for giving us His servant who will resolve most, if not all, of Ghana's problems" amid great shouts and applause that echoes throughout until the valleys and mountains of Kumawu, Asiampa, Woraso, Abotanso, Besoro, Bodomasi, Temaate and Kwaamang.

The hearing of the Election 2012 alleged irregularities, malpractices, omissions and complete fraud by the Supreme Court is in full swing or gear regardless of the moaning by whomever. The Counsel for Nana Akufo Addo and Co will use PowerPoint technology to prove to the world how, and the scale of the electoral irregularities collusively committed by Kwadwo Afari Gyan, his outfit and the NDC with John Mahama inclusive.

How things were plotted and executed by the criminals in this case will graphically be exposed. Ghanaians, please brace yourselves for graphical revelations of the scale of gargantuan electoral malpractices involved in, and executed, by the criminals in this case.

Lest I forget, SOFTCOPY as was not understood by the Counsel for President Mahama, Lithur means "A machine-readable form of corresponding hardcopies". Better expounded, any information contains on USB stick (pen drives, flash drives), CD-Rom, e-mails not printed out but can only be read on the computer or mobile phones (cell phones), is what is called Softcopy. HARDCOPY is a computer output printed on paper that can be read without using a special device (opposed to softcopy).

We should therefore not laugh at Lithur if he could not understand this Information Technology (IT) terminology or jargon. Every profession has their own jargons that are perfectly understood by those exercising that profession.

PowerPoint on the other hand is a Microsoft application for creating graphical presentations, speeches, slides, etc. So, if someone was giving or taking bribe and was captured on an electronic device of some sort, can it be fed through, or downloaded onto, the laptop and shown to the public by aid of PowerPoint? Yes. Then whoa!!!!!!!! What about when one is caught manipulating election figures? That is very easy to do if and only if, that person was captured on still or motion pictures by an electronic device. Then there is a problem for some people here.

I personally appeal to the Supreme Court judges to grant the use of PowerPoint in this Election 2012 statutory-violated case of which they have begun hearing process.

I dedicate this write-up to Maa Akosua, Abaawa Fabrics, Obaa Yaa, Obaa K3k33, Obaa Tuntum, Maame B. Sorkode, Nana Peter Antwi Boasiako, Nana Yaw Sarpong, Sly, Kofi Tottenham, Kwame Peckham, Kwame Homerton, Rhoda and family, Kwame Owusu Ansah, Kofi Basoah, Koo Supper and all discerning Ghanaians including the NPP faithful.
