Advice to Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom

Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom

Watch your actions, especially what you say and things you do against others: they may come back to haunt you.

In most cases, we do things, say things and sometimes even react in a way that shows clearly our intentions to punish, castigate, bawl out, berate, reprimand, Chastise and pull people down.

In doing so, we must be extremely careful it does not turn to haunt us later.

In the case of Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom popularly known as Adwumawura, Founder of Group Nduom with subsidiary companies like GN, Bank, GN TV, Okyeman FM, Goodlife FM etc who is also the Founder and Leader of the Progressive People's Party (PPP) vigorously campaigned and urged employees of his companies as well as Ghanaians in 2016 to vote against the then NDC government, led by Former President John Dramani Mahama.

He further asked them to vote for one that would come and create an enabling environment for private businesses to thrive. The almighty God, who is not like an "Alata man" listened to him, with majority of Ghanaians voting against John Dramani Mahama in 2016.

Today, under the government he requested for, GN bank, an indigenous bank owned by him with branches in at least all the district capitals across Ghana with over 2,000 workers, was first reduced to a Savings and Loans Company and finally shut down.

As if that was not enough, Gold Coast Fund Management, an investment company owned by Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom has also gone through some turbulence recently and finally closed down.

An unconfirmed report indicates that Okyeman FM, located in Akyem Oda also owned by the business magnate has had it's fair share of the closing down spree.

Now the change of government as requested for by Dr. Nduom has come to fruition but the question I would want to ask is that, has the enabling environment been created for private businesses including that of Dr. Nduom's to thrive???

Though very sad, painful and regrettable, I personally think that we must be very careful in how we chastise, lambaste and lampoon others.

To be continued..........
