ADISCO Chop –Chop Towards Retirement

In times gone by people who professed to be leaders and especially so “men of God” were held in a very high esteem; but what do we see today? Charlatans have taken over the holy duties in the name of priests. One such character is this DISASTER of a headmaster of Adisadel College. This man thinks he is the smartest guy around. But listen to Barbara Kingsolver “I’ve seen how you can’t learn anything when you’re trying to look like the smartest person in the room.”
He does so by antagonizing any and everyone who has a different view from his own. Unfortunately the teachers have been cowed into submission through firing and appointment from the nomenklatura to positions they hardly deserve and by resorting to threats. The trick is simple if you are able to go pound fufu (generic sense) at the Acropolis and do just a bit of bootlicking and gossiping, and probably speak some azaa tongues you are through to a “Teacher’s Appointment” It’s very sad to see human glee and selfishness at play here. Adisco teachers definitely don’t have standards. Once individuals are singled out and given “positions” they tend to forget about the larger concerns of the entire teaching and non-teaching staff, the classic divide and rule tactic. Let parents know that the school is sitting on a time bomb. When teachers are continuously being cheated as is happening now through threats, it is the students who will suffer. Force the horse to the riverside and we shall see the result. As for the result that came from WASSCE, we all know the source. He dares not brag about it. Any leader who is only respected when he is physically present is not a leader at all. And just so, if a leader in the office is the same character at home then there is a problem. “Kids” don’t remember what you try to teach them. They remember what you are”- Jim Henson. Let the lazy teachers in Adisco take the bull by the horn. It is said that the bad guys are not always bad, the good guys are not always good, and to quote Captain Barbossa, the parameters are like rules, mostly guidelines. And that it takes a little bit of bad boy to fight the evil in the world. --Terri Mitchell.

If you let yourselves, you shall always be waiting for some distraction or other to end before you can really get down to your work. The only people who achieve much are those who want knowledge so badly that they seek it while the conditions are still unfavorable. Favorable conditions never come.” ? C.S. Lewis.

We heard that three months into office you quickly made an appraisal form for assessing yourself without date and that’s what you have been using to deceive people that the teachers approve of you. Give your teachers another appraisal form and let’s see. Why did you hide the assessment form brought by the late Asmah, may he rest in peace. Cobwebs in the cupboard? These attempts at silencing and threatening your teachers boil down to only one objective and that is to make enough money to secure the future of yourself and your Lilliputian family. Tell us, why did you move from Twifo Praso to Adisco? Because there is money there as you said some time ago. Today, every member of your family has the opportunity to travel abroad. Where does the money come from? Free first class tickets from Airport workers or largesse from old students who work in the office of the IMF boss? Surprisingly, only one of your daughters travelled with you this time even though the so-called IMF man promised your entire family a visit to the US. Afraid man, you even travel with your family in tots. As the curtain draws nigh remember this, like the sand hour glass so are the days of our lives. Don’t try to correct what you have destroyed already. You shall definitely cross paths again with them. We don’t know where life will take us all but some of your teachers may rise from the gutter and even marry your Lilliputian daughters.

Kwesi, stretch, stretch your arm and take all the money you can reach. Take it home and enjoy with your family, its parents money, take it home. Enjoy with your front man P.S. who has a phD in gari, akomfem headmaster, we hear your favourite is akomfem. More would be brought to you for enjoyment. You are such a cheap little old evil dwarf. Mano esi. The church will deal with you.
