The arts industry has termed June 4, 2020, as a “Black Thursday” following the sudden demise of media personality, Kwadwo Annor Wiafe, who was popularly known as favourite_mcs_mc.

Friends and colleagues of Kwadwo Wiafe have been thrown in a state of shock with some describing his death as “difficult to believe”. Several condolences have poured out to his wife and family.

Many who took to social media wrote:

“Trying not to believe. I've been trying so hard to avoid posting bcos it’s difficult to believe @favourite_mcs_mc. Kwadwo aden?”

"The life and energy of every gathering or event. Rest on Kwadwo"

He was the preferred MC for most weddings and events in Ghana and was well celebrated for his energy and ability to lit-up events with his personality.

Kwadwo was the host of Neat FM's late afternoon show 'Ye Ko Fie', he will be missed on the airwaves.
