Agogo chiefs, traditional leaders ensemble at opening of Salt 95.9 FM

A high delegation of eminent chiefs and traditional rulers in the Asante Akyem Agogo enclave attended the official opening ceremony of Salt 95.9 FM located at Agogo.

The chiefs expressed delight about the establishment of the radio station in Asante Akyem Agogo and urged the youth to work intelligently to support the efforts of Ohene Kwame Frimpong - to bring development.

CEO of Salt Media GH, owners of the station, Ohene Kwame Frimpong who was completely humbled by the presence of the royals also thanked them for leaving their busy schedules to honour his invitation to grace the launch of Salt 95.9 FM.

The chiefs led other top personalities who were invited, to officially commission the studio for the station to begin transmission. The delegation were taken through a tour of the offices and studios for the station.

"I thank Nananom for such a beautiful representation and I promise them that Salt 95.9 FM cannot afford to fail the people" - CEO of Salt FM emphasised.

The chiefs who came to grace the opening of the station included;
Nana Akuoko Sarpong, AgogomanHene; Nana Afrakoma Kusi Obuodum, Agogohemaa; Nana Kwame Nti - Agogo Krontihene; Nana Kwame Boama - Akwamuhene; Nana Opuni Yemkyimadu III, Dadiesoabahene; Nana Boakye Yiadom - Akyeamehene; Nana Abeam Danso Tutu -Kyidomhene; Nana Anim Marfo- Anantahene and Nana Asadu Kukrubour - Akuafohene.

The rest were Nana Afia Korama, Akyerepahemaa; Nana Adu Gyamfi, Amatirehene; Nana Agyemang Opqmbour, Aduanahene; Nana Badu Kaakyire, Nifahene; Nana Amakye Dede, Kyeredomhene; Nana Agyei Nyantakyi, Wirempemhene; Nana Yaw Darkwah, Bebimehene; Nana Agyei Frimpong, Gyaasihene; Nana Frimpong Manso, Adesuahene; Nana Akua konadu, Brodehemaa and the Traditional Council AGOGO.

Salt 95.9 FM is officially operating from their plush offices at Asante Akyem Agogo and also available on Saltfmonline.com. The radio station was commissioned on January 3, 2020.
