Wendy Shay is a child, forgive her - Stephanie Benson begs Ghanaians, YEA

Uber driver’ hitmaker Wendy Shay received lots of backlash from Ghanaians at a time she posted a picture she took with Ex-President John Agyekum Kufuor not decently dressed a few days ago.

As a mother who understands the complexities of children, 51-year-old world-acclaimed jazz queen Stephanie Benson on behalf of Wendy Shay has pleaded with the office of the Ex-President and the general public to ignore her ignorance.

In addition, she said, “Wendy is a child, forgive her.”

She advised that female artists should learn to be a true representation of themselves when they are on stage but should be mindful of how they dress to fit every occasion.

Meanwhile, Ghanaian Afropop and Afrobeat singer, Wendy Addo, known by the mononym Wendy Shay has been sacked as an Ambassador of Youth Employment Agency (YEA), MyNewsGh.com has confirmed.

Subsequently, a release from the YEA announcing who their ambassadors were had Wendy Shay’s name conspicuously missing.

Also, we have prominent people in society ranging from top-ranking public officials, Members of Parliament, Business Executives, Chiefs, Religious leaders etc who have endorsed our initiatives and have indicated their readiness and availability to act as advisors to the projects the Agency embark on.
