Kojo Anim, the comedian that got a ‘golden buzzer’ at Britain’s Got Talent reconnect with dad after 9 years

Ghanaian-born British comedian, Kojo Anim who recently got the world talking following his impressive audition on Britain’s Got Talent, that got a golden buzzer from Simon Cowell has reconnected with his dad after 9 years.

Kojo who is a multi-talented performer as he has worked as a filmmaker, actor, screenwriter and is the CEO of The Colour Network claimed he has not been in talks with his father for a while.

In a tweet, Kojo mentioned his father just called to congratulate him for his success and he is super happy for that. He also stated that, the action of speaking to his dad is more bigger than comedy.

“Just got off the phone with my dad who I have not spoken to in 9 years and all it took was for him to call and say he is proud of me and our relationship is now back on track. This is all bigger than comedy people, it’s about peace of mind, happiness, love and family. ????????“

Kojo is a comedian and has performed alongside Chris Rock, toured with Dave Chapelle, and opened for Kevin Hart at Wembley.null

Kojo opened for Kevin Hart at Wembley and in September 2018 Kevin announced backstage after a powerhouse performance at his third sold-out show at London’s O2 Arena that he would help three UK comedians by producing comedy specials for them.

He said he wanted to give back to Kojo Anim, Richard Blackwood and Slim The Comedian because they were the driving force in his success in the UK after he decided to bring his talents across the pond.
