Rwand Air to support GOWA 2018

RwandAir, the national carrier of the Republic of Rwanda has declared its intention to sponsor the ultimate winner of the Ghana Outstanding Women Awards (GOWA) which will be held soon.

The Flagship Category winner of the award scheme which is being organised by ASKOF will be offered a trip to Johannesburg, South Africa’s capital.

GOWA aims at honoring women who have contributed immensely to the growth of the country in areas such as politics, health, education, sports and showbiz.

Seven women, namely: Afia Pokua of Adom FM, Akumaa Mama Zimbi also of Adom FM, Nana Aba Anamoah of GhOne TV, Philomena Antonio, Ohemaa Woyeje of Adom FM, Yvonne Okoro, an actress and Israella Kafui Mansu, also an actress and an entrepreneur were nominated at the Outstanding women of the year category.

One of the above names would be crowned as the Outstanding Woman of the Year on November 30 and will fly to Johannesburg kind courtesy RwandAir.
