Over 40,000 music lovers stormed the much anticipated Ashaiman To Da World concert which came off live at the Ashaiman Saka Saka Park.

Stonebwoy repeatedly made history with the 2018 edition of his concert to show appreciation to the people of the Ashaiman municipality.

The show started with a list of underground artistes gracing the stage; lasting for more than 3 hours, after which the main acts for the night started mounting the stage to dish out their peace messages and songs.

Renowned artistes who supported Stonebwoy at the Ashaiman To Da World concert included Kumawood actor, Nkansah Lilwin, Clemento Suarez, Lawyer Ntim of Kejetia VS Mokola fame, Samini, Sarkodie, Yaa Pono, Kwaw Kese ,Kelyvn Boy, Kwesi Arthur, Article Wan, Kofi Kinnata, Darko.

Ghana’s King of Rap, Michael Owusu, known in real life as Sarkodie took to the stage to do his own thing. He used the opportunity to perform hit tracks like, Illuminati, RNS, Revenge of the Spartans and others. Patrons couldn’t help but join in the energy that he put into his performance.

Samini also did what he is best known for – “mash up the show” in a grand style. The High Grade boss made an impact with his classic performance.

The man for the event Stonebwoy finally got on stage and proved once more that he is a master on stage and on the mic. All the experience he gathered from touring around the globe came to play on stage. He sure did put out a master piece performance.

Stage was big enough to allow artistes to deliver their performance smoothly and lighting was also just enough to give a clear view of what was happening on stage. The sound though was ok, was barely enough to cater for the large crowd.

Security on the night was fairly okay except for a few instances where some patrons were manhandled by the security at the gate leading to the back stage, and those officers managing the crowd right in front of the stage.

A section of the crowd got angry and started throwing items onto the stage. It took the timely intervention of MC King Lagazee and his CO Mcs to skillfully calm the angry crowd.

Fans of the “Top Shanka” artiste have complimented Stonebwoy and his management for putting up such a ‘monstrous’ event to promote and Foster peace amongst the people of Ashaiman and its environs.

BhimNation President Livingstone Etse Satekla aka Stonebwoy’s annual concert came off at Ashaiman from 6pm to 5am in this morning without any dull moment.
