I lived in Germany for five years without a residence permit. One day, as I was going to work, I had an accident. It was so serious, that, the person who hit me with the car took his phone to call the police.

I quickly stood up and told him "THANKS, but I am alright" and asked him to stop wasting his phone credit to call the police
