Eno Barony loses freestyle challenge

One of the leading female rappers in Ghana, Eno Barony, real name Ruth Eno Adjoa Amankwah, has proven beyond doubts that she has the lyrical aptitude to take on any Ghanaian rapper.

As her name Barony implies, the owner of rap bars is well noted for her flawless freestyle delivery, but it turns out she rehearses them before making an appearance on shows.

When challenged by Nana Turkson, panelist on the show to perform an unrehearsed freestyle, the rapper was unable to wow audience like she normally does.

Eno turned down the challenge, saying she does not make much sense when she is made to rap on cue.

“I am not a freestyle rapper, If I try doing it, I may not make any sense” she confessed

According to her, she singlehandedly writes all her lyrics and it takes a lot of hard work to maintain the standard of rap she does.
