So I became a paparazzi, l took a video of her and showed it to my friend and he was like why don’t you paint her and tag her on Facebook or Instagram? I painted her and showed it to Oscar Bimpong who is an inspirational speaker. He saw it and loved it. However he showed it to a friend journalist Maximus Attah, he also showed it to Ama K Abebrese and she took my number to call me because I wasn’t getting access to her.

I was in my house one Sunday when she called. Charlie l had a headache at once and I was like wow finally. We met at Atlantic hotel Takoradi and frankly speaking, she was really happy to see the painting.

She loved it so she decided to post it on her social media pages and that’s where Benny Blanko and some of the celebrities saw it and requested for theirs too.”

Meeting Jerry John Rawlings

“There was an exhibition held at the AnC mall in Accra. Jackie of Metro TV saw the artwork before the exhibition, she sent the image to him via WhatsApp and he invited me to His house because of how beautiful the painting was. Mr Rawlings asked me to give him a rundown of how I do my painting and he told me he is an artisan too by showing me some of his artworks.”

Meeting president Nana Addo

“There is this bible quotation that says a man’s gift will bring him before kings. However The deputy Minister of Roads and high ways Hon. Anthony Abayifa Kabo told me to paint the president after the painting i requested to present it myself.

However, the nephew of Nana Addo saw the painting at the exhibition at AnC mall and she was like this is my uncle give me your card so I call you so we meet Him together. He was very much impressed when he saw it but we couldn’t really have time because there were a lot of people who wanted to meet him too.”
