Face of Central University 2018 finalists reach out to Dawhenya Community

Central University’s 2018 delegates of the annual Face of CU pageant joined force to embark on an outstanding reach out program, held on Saturday (05.May.2018), and well anchored by the CUSRC Wocom with supports from Schoolmate Investments.

Indomie Ghana being the title sponsor of the reach out project, the 10 finalist of Face of Central University started off with a morning cleaning exercise at the Dawhenya Taxi rank of which extended to the Dawhenya Methodist school park, where a grand durbar and a sumptuous community breakfast and lunch were served to over 322 kids.

A health screening facility was mounted at the durbar ground with medical experts screening over 200 people over the week as part of reaching out to the Dawhenya community.

The final showdown (Grand Finale) of the 2018 Face of Central University, themed ‘Economic Women’s Empowerment’ has officially been slated for Saturday, May 12 at the Trinity Hall of Central University (Miosto). Two times VGMA award-winning songstress Adina shall make an appearance and perform on the night alongside the viral music act of the moment, Patapaa and many more.

Damage is a very cool 15GHS for regular and 20GHS for VIP spot. Advance tickets are currently on sale for 10GHS and 15GHS respectively on all central University campuses.
