Kumawood's star actress, Nana Ama McBrown denied any troubles in her marriage described her husband, Maxwell Mensah as a God-sent person who has brought so much blessing to her life.

According to Nana Ama, Maxwell has shown since their marriage that though he is quiet and reserved person, he knows a lot and it has helped open many doors for her.

"My husband has made me fear quiet people because the things he knows marvels me," she said on UTV's ATUU show.

In the extensive interview, Nana Ama also responded to reports that she was literally 'forcing Maxwell to love her.'

Following a video of the two at a party that surfaced within the week, there have been a lot of gossip about their relationship.

In the video, Nana Ama McBrown is captured on her feet and dancing her heart out, and even though he was making some gestures at her husband, he kept a “straight” face.

After her dance, Nana Ama placed her head on her husband's shoulders, but he still looked moody.

He was captured whispering something into her ear as if to say he was not comfortable with the camera.

Mr Maxwell Mensah did not smile even though his wife was cheerful, and his attitude garnered a lot of gossip with many on social media suggesting that Maxwell may be disinterested in the marriage.

Observers who have followed the couple's relationship cited other instances where Maxwell had behaved unconcerned about Nana Ama who is about nine years older than him.

But rubbishing these reports and gossips, Nana Ama explained that her husband was not disinterested in their relationship but was a shy and reserved person.

Throwing a subtle jab at critics, Nana Ama stated that those who wait for their divorce should know that the marriage will end only if God deems it so and not as they wish.
