DJ Vyrusky’s ‘Adwenfi’ hits 1 million views on YouTube

Prolific Ghanaian turntablist, DJ Vyrusky, has become the first ever Ghanaian DJ to record 1 million views on YouTube.

He achieved this feat via his widely- loved Adwenfi, which features Kuami Eugene and dancehall firebrand, Shatta Wale. The video was published on Youtube on February 26, 2018.

The Starr Drive jockey, who is also reigning king of the Ghana DJ Awards, took to Twitter Wednesday May 2, to express gratitude to fans to propelling him to that level:

DJ Vyrusky (born Kofi Amoako) has, since getting into the industry, excelled on career defining stages as Ghana Meets Naija Concert, the Hennessey Artistry Concert, Tidal Rave, and at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. A Masters Degree holder, he has also been adjudged among other things, Best Events DJ and Best Club DJ of the Year at the prestigious Ghana DJ Awards. He’s also head of Nitro Live, a subsidiary of Echo House Ghana Limited.
